Customer service terrible when disputing a mandatory cleaning charge of £50 for marks on the wall which were not done by us. I contacted the hotel by telephone and emailed, I followed up 3x by phone and by email over a week with no response or even acknowledgement. I contacted them today and received a less than satisfactory response. I have escalated to Marriot HQ, for the matter to be properly resolved. This is not the service I expect from a Marriott Hotel. It is a shame because the staff in restaurant were lovely but front of house and housekeeping awful.
