伯明翰Pritchatts House附近住宿

可愛的住宿這家酒店。它位於大學校園中央的一個可愛位置,非常安靜,睡了一個好覺,沒有交通噪音。早餐很好,有完整的英語和許多其他選擇。入住和退房非常容易。酒店最好的是員工,毫無例外,他們都非常友好,樂於助人,友善和迷人。我們一定會再次入住。

酒店離長途巴士站有點遠，但沿著酒店座落的Broad Street,行數分鐘就可以遊覽幾個景點，Library of Birmingham, Victoria Square,伯明罕座堂再，經過New Street, 就可以去到著名的Bullring & Grand Centre , 牛環聖馬丁教堂。酒店房間整潔，洗手間竟然有body lotion,淋浴間有護髮素，值得一讚，員工熱誠有禮，我住了兩晚，員工會在大慨退房時間拍房門，以確定客人是否已出門，放便他們清潔房間。自助早餐都是和其他酒店差不多，英式all day breakfast ,但驚喜是他們竟然提供了DIY Waffle 的設施。值得一讚，尤其是有帶小朋友一起旅遊的客人，是一個難得啲體驗。

The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and overall all necessary amenities were gratefully provided. It met most of my expectations. The receptionist, Jessica, was prompt and efficient.The overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was practically non-existent, aside from the few short minutes I spoke to Jessica when checking in. The hotel was so busy it was difficult to actually find and identify a member of staff. The room itself was clean, however inside and outside the lifts were filthy with empty beer cans lying outside the lift doors for two days. The reception and what I assume was a bar were constantly overcrowded with an unfortunate amount of drunkards, therefore I did not dine there. I do believe that breakfast should be included in one's stay. The Bullring and Grand Central Moor St is about a 15-20 walk from the hotel. I did not feel very safe in and around this hotel.

環境：位置挺好，距火車站步行十幾分鍾，注意導航問題，終點時下坡才是它家，上坡是皇冠酒店。 設施：很新，房間也大。熱水很好，床品比較乾淨。有熱水壺。 服務：入住都不用看passport，退房時把房卡一交即可。都是微笑服務，免費寄存行李。 它家的自助早餐偏美式，肉多，有自動pancake機和袋裝低卡咖啡。

房間很大，環境很好，價格有些貴，衞生乾淨，前台服務很不錯，酒店位置很方便，離新街火車站很近。周邊吃飯購物很方便。

很不錯的公寓房間，位置也可以，到市中心哪兒步行差不多都是10分鐘左右。我們2大2小住一室的絕對沒問題，因為有2個單獨的沙發床，翻出來睡覺也非常舒適，房間屬於麻雀雖小五臟俱全（灶頭、洗碗機、冰箱、膠囊咖啡機等），什麼都有了，而且安排的非常緊湊合理。工作人員也非常友好，寄存箱子等問題都順利解決。關鍵我對比了，在攜程上訂的價格比其他幾個境外訂房網站便宜，毫不猶豫下單了這個性價比很高的公寓，如果下次再去伯明翰的話，還會選擇住這裏。

sadly the apartment didn't live up to the beautiful Art Deco exterior and communal areas. We stayed during the Commonwealth Games, which presumably accounted for the massive price rise (over £1500 more than the current listing price for the same apartment) Let me first say that as a positive, I couldn't fault the staff there - particularly the cleaners and the maintenance man we encountered. However, for the price we paid (or even for the current list price) I did feel let down. The bed was very small, and the bedroom itself was stiflingly hot, despite the open windows and the fans, which worked almost constantly while we were there. In fact, my husband slept quite a few nights on the sofa for this reason. The television kept switching itself off and although we reported this on more than one occasion, it was unable to be fixed while we were there. The toilet seat lid came off in our hands on the first night we were there, and this happened again even after it had been ”fixed” twice, so in the end we just left it off. We were unable to leave the windows open at night due to frequent noises from outside of bottles/glasses being emptied into bins from (presumably) local pubs. All in all, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to any of my friends. I do realise however, from reading other reviews, that other people have had a different experience from the one we had, but it's not for us.

第一次住這類酒店，設施一應俱全，非常好。卧室、客廳、餐廳、廚房、衞生間、換洗卧具，廚房裡鍋碗瓢盆、電磁爐、冰箱、微波爐、洗碗機、乾濕分離垃圾箱，很人性化。在英國吃不慣，能在超市買些食材自己回去DIY。唯一不好的就是住宿期間不提供免費打掃，如果需要打掃每次12鎊。整體服務尚可。

我們在伯明翰的Staybridge的一間臥室套房住了三晚。套房很大。獨立的臥室有一張大號雙人床，書桌和椅子，並有足夠的懸掛空間和架子空間可存放我們的衣服和手提箱。床很舒服，晚上房間很安靜。浴室的大小適中，並配有頭頂花灑淋浴，並提供充足的毛巾。起居室和廚房很寬敞。它配有書桌，沙發和扶手椅。廚房設備齊全，並備有餐具，陶器和廚房用具。還有一個帶椅子的餐桌處，所以我們可以在那裡用餐。 我們認為二樓的早餐非常好，提供各種冷熱菜餚。可應要求提供素食香腸。白天也提供熱飲。 員工服務非常熱情友好。 考慮到可用空間和設施的數量，Staybridge Suites物有所值，其中包括早餐和飲料。

比較喜歡洲際酒店的風格，乾淨，服務佳。距離New street 火車站、輕軌站、購物中心，便利店都步行可達。早餐還可以，衹是每天不更換任何品種，連吃5天也覺得夠了，建議改進
