伯明翰珠寶區住宿飯店

入住的工作人員很細心,樂於助人,但希望他們能更多地談論這個住宿可用的東西。我唯一的缺點是淋浴花了一些時間加熱,但除此之外,住宿很棒,那天晚上睡了整整12個小時

非常乾淨和現代。我住的是沒有窗戶的房間，還好。床對我來說有點硬，不太舒服，但提供了很多枕頭、柔軟蓬鬆的毛巾、漂亮的浴室用品、吹風機和全身鏡。浴室是一個潮濕的房間，如果你不想弄濕你的頭髮，淋浴會有點尷尬，而且浴室會完全濕透。位於珠寶區的中心。

我們透過trip.con預訂3人房，但酒店職員說trip.com給她們的指示是雙人房。但她們都很helpful，雖然機乎已full，但她們都騰出一間在ground floor的3人房給我們。 房間夠大，早餐buffet很多種類，而且味道不錯！ 走廊門正常要拍房卡才能進入去其他房間，不過很多人都經常不關走廊門，所以我覺得好危險，因為這意味著街外人也能進來。 結果半夜3:40突然聽到有人想開我們房門，幸好我有雙重鎖門！他應該轉移開了隔壁房門，聽到有個女人很驚恐的在外面高呼了很多次oh my god！

這家酒店無疑是我最佳的選擇。房間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，床鋪舒適柔軟。員工熱情周到，服務貼心細緻，讓人感到賓至如歸。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊環境寧靜。早餐品種豐富，口味美味可口。無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是理想之選。再次入住的慾望油然而生，絕對是一次愉快難忘的住宿體驗。

Very disappointed when we arrived at 14.30 on Friday to be told it would cost us £10 if we wanted to checkin before 15.00. Even though I had joined the Ibis membership scheme ALL.com on Tuesday and my mate who was sharing the twin room has been a member for over 3 years. The reception was a real “job’s worth” and said as the booking was in my name this didn’t count and insisted on trying to charge us £10 to boo in 30 minutes early. Even though when I signed up to the scheme in Bristol on Tuesday we were allowed to book in at 1 o’clock 🤷🏽♂️ Other than that, it was OK, not great

We booked 3 rooms all at a very good price. The hotel is in a great location & and check-in was easy. We got a free mini prosecco, orange juice & still water in each room. The only negative was no tv remote in the room & we had to go down & get one from the reception. Great hotel for our 1 night stay.

Basic. Clean and tidy. Breakfast self service quite acceptable. Would consider staying here again
