We recently had a wonderful experience of staying at the Premier Inn hotel – Great Barr (Birmingham) for a family occasion. The hotel was clean and well-equipped and the location was perfect for our requirement. The rooms – though basic, were clean and cozy with very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Special “shout out” goes to Lisa who served us delicious hot breakfast. Lisa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Thank you Lisa! It was great value for money and we shall definitely be back!

Arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome & greeting from Lisa, after a long day at work, fast check in. Rooms are all the same in Premier inns wherever you go, comfy beds, clean, tidy & spacious. Breakfast in the morning was lovely & plentiful. All of the staff I spoke with in the hotel were lovely & polite . . . . Even got some free biscuits for the room, thanks.

What a great hotel. The experience was great thanks to the very friendly staff who work there who made every effort to make us feel welcome after a long and arduous journey down. From check n to check out, they were very friendly and couldn’t have done more. The breakfast was amazing and great quality, definitely value for money! Will be staying there again next time !

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Great Barr this weekend. We were very well looked after by the lovely Amie on reception who was very friendly and extremely helpful and also the lovely lady who served breakfast (sorry we didn’t get your name). Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Excellent location for the Alexander Stadium. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We were so well looked after by the wonderful Annie who greeted us when we arrived, gave us directions to the Alexander Stadium so we would avoid the local toll charge, and even recommended the excellent porridge for breakfast! Our rooms were clean and comfortable as well as quiet, so we all had a great nights sleep ahead of our sons competition at the stadium. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience and we will book again when next attending stadium.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy and shower was good. Bed very comfortable and my room was very quiet and not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast was good value and well cooked. Buffet style very well stocked with variety of items. I was in Midlands having travelled from Devon to see my sister. This hotel was ideally situated and value for money. Will definitely use again on my next visit. Keep up the good work by the staff who made this hotel feel relaxed and friendly.

Used as a stop over on route to Liverpool from our home in London. Great value for money, free parking and a handy pub next door with plenty of tables + a Harvester restaurant next to that if you're feeling hungry. Big shout out to Amie and Lisa who literally could not do enough for us and made our short stay very enjoyable. They even kept my friends hair clippers safe after he left them in the room after checking out, so we swung by again on our way home from Liverpool to pick them up and say hello again! Breakfast is also great by the way and very good value for money. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed over the Easter holidays for 3 nights Had a good time The room was clean, and everything worked The staff was wonderful The bed was clean and comfortable Close to the bus stop outside of the hotel so you could get into birmingham city center in about 30 minutes Thanks again for a great stay

This is a nice little Premier Inn which is close to junction 7 of the M6. it is next door to a Harvester although you are better off going to either the Indian restaurant that is adjacent or to the Bell which is further up the A34 in the walsall direction. The premier Inn is clean and very comfortable. Staff are excellent and the cooked breakfasts are superb
