工作人員非常甜蜜。發生了很多事情，他們盡最大努力讓我們儘快進入。早餐也不錯。女傭有點粗魯，我們遲到了退房，但部分是我們的錯。總體不錯

The staff was extremely rude when my 20 year old son tried to check in. He had stayed here multiple times for work but was refused the last time. I had called before making our first reservation to make certain he would be allowed to check in.

What an awesome staff! Super easy check in and check out! Room was spacious and everything worked! Would stay here again for sure!

Food was decent at breakfast, but one of the 2 rooms, the shower water was cold & never got hot. Also the tub was incredibly slow to drain.

Was happy with the price. Beds were good!!! Close to shop and restaurants. Pool 2as small buy nice

Perfect accommodations for a one night stay, affordable and easy to book on the app.

I stayed for more than a week and there was always someone cleaning, EVERYDAY!! The Housekeeping staff were always friendly and attentive. So were the Front Desk Staff. Clean rooms, comfy bed, Beautiful blue pool, easy check-in, good breakfast, wheelchair accessible rooms and quiet. Not too much traffic and that was very nice. I throughly enjoyed my stay and I do recommend this hotel!💜💜🙂🙂

Front desk agent was very friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety (but no meat or eggs). Swimming pool had a weird film on top and was FREEZING despite being inside (which usually means it is heated). The entire room felt damp. The sheets and blankets felt damp and when we woke up the next morning, our clothes felt damp that had been set out. The curtain in the shower was too short and there was a RIVER of water on the floor when I got out. On the bright side, the water pressure was amazing and the provided toiletries smelled good! Overall, it wasn’t horrible for the price, but I probably would not book again.

This hotel purposely changed our reservation, changing the room we reserved and paid for to a room that was totally inappropriate to our needs and that cost less than for what we paid. They did not have the courtesy of informing us that we had been moved to a different room, nor did they offer to refund the difference between what we paid for the suite we reserved originally and the room they moved us to. Thankfully we had one competent desk clerk change our room for our last night so our child did not have to sleep on the floor for at least one night. What is most frustrating is that families with whom we were travelling for a tournament decided to also book rooms at this same hotel because WE chose it so they could be in the same hotel. As thanks for bringing them more business, the hotel moved us to a room that did not suit our needs and they did not refund us the difference.
