Let's start with the staff. Dawn and Steph. Absolutely incredible ladies. They can't do enough for me and everyone else. You're met with a smile that lasts forever. As a frequent visitor they remember my name everytime. Honestly, double their pay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble. The two receptionists I have had dealings with are Hannah and Lee and they are both outstanding. The price is also very reasonable. I will definitely come again.

This is the fourth time that we have stayed at this Travelodge. It is a handy place for us to stay as we visit friends in the area. It's a shame that the company doesn't have a restaurant attached.

We chose to stay at Travelodge for a night to attend the funeral service on the following morning. We found the check in was smooth and the overall stay was pleasant.

No USB charging sockets near bed (nor mains power sockets for that matter). No desk lamp unlike several other Travelodges I have used, mostly in the north west of the UK as I live near Liverpool. Seems this Wirral backwater has been overlooked in modernisation.
