地理位置不錯的，酒店環境一般，大堂就是很小一個窗口在2樓。酒店收費停車，還説滿了，衹能停隔壁馬路走過去了

位置好，安靜整潔房間也大，下次出差仍會考慮入住

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

Estadia otima, porém o quarto tem grandes defeitos. Apesar de bom tamanho, o banheiro, tinha espaço para banho reduzido, com toalheiro (nao retratill) dentro do boxe o que deixa o espaço ainda menor, alem de, durante o banho, molhar todo o banheiro, o que e gravíssimo e pode causar acidentes. No entanto no lado positivo, quartos amplos, excelente cafe da manhã, fantástica localização. Durante o inverno , achar a temperatura pra dormir pode parecer um desafio. A dica e deixa parte das janelas abertas, já que o sistema internoce somente de aquecimento nesse periodo e não pode ser controlado dentro do quarto!

第一天，床單上有兩個地方有黃色污漬。工作人員試圖解決這個問題，但整個酒店只有一個人在晚上工作。沒有家政人員來換床單，所以我們必須自己做。房間沒有咖啡或茶壺。也沒有枕木或浴繩。早餐還不錯，但是每天都一模一樣。 不會推薦住這家飯店。

這是一家現代化的飯店，非常漂亮，高級客房是套房。早餐看起來很不錯，但我們沒有吃，因為我們正在做其他事情的時間表。 推薦您在畢爾巴鄂時住在這裡。沿著河邊散步就能到達古根漢美術館，走一小段路就到了老城區。

Ubicación inmejorable, todo el personal muy amable, instalaciones muy completas, habitación espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Un desayuno de los más completos y mejores que he visto nunca.

Centraal gelegen hotel. Zowel het oude als nieuwe stadscentrum is gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. Kamer was perfect voor een paar dagen. Ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker. Ideaal voor een citytrip
