1 star because negative isn’t an option. Pervious guests poo in the toilet, when to use the bathroom after checking in and saw pop left in the toilet, making you question if the room has been cleaned. Blind broke. Extraction fans in kitchen and bathroom don’t work. No phone provided in the room or reception. All websites say this place has free wifi, it doesn’t. We were given 8gb for a 15day stay, we asked for more wifi after it expired and was told to read a book by the manager at reception. Though it states online free, and 500mb per day provided. The man on reception made a derogatory comment about mine and my sisters body, asking us how we keep such amazing figures. We booked for 2 beds and were given a bed and a fold out couch. In the pool area the toilet looks as if it has never been cleaned (photo attached). Bugs left on the doors slider. The oven has no instructions on the front to tell you what dial does what. Checked the dryer to find the lint trap filled with white lint indicating that the bed sheets and towels are dried in the apartment. We paid well over 3k to stay here for 15days and this hasn’t lived up to the photos online. We booked because it says ocean view/beach front yet our hovel looks out to the neighbours house into their room. Nothing about our apartment looks anything like the photos online. The bathroom is growing black mould In almost all the silicone, and the bath has weird stains on it. The sink doesn’t look to have ever been cleaned either, You leave the bathroom feeling more disgusting then before you went in. Given 2 toilet rolls for 8 days. Apartment isn’t serviced for 8days and if you ask for anything before then you’re charged. The live in residents don’t follow the outlines rules. The resident living next to our apartment had a loud party on Saturday night with a sub woofer and loud “music” if you can call it that. Can’t call the number to advise the manager as there’s no phone and I’m travelling from over seas and can’t use my phone to make calls. If I could change staying here I would. It’s been the worst place in the Gold Coast I’ve ever stayed. 100% would not recommend to anyone.

小朋友的活動很多,大大小小的游泳池好幾個,小朋友玩兒得不想走。可以開房車露營,也有渡假屋,選擇很多,旁邊不遠有個outlets,購物吃飯都方便

We stayed here for the Gold Coast V8 Super Cars and just walked to the races which was a bit of a walk but nothing that would put you off. The room was a good and has everything you needed. The manager was really easy to deal with and could not have been more helpful. The BBQ area was spotless and the spa was a good size and nice and warm. The pool was a bit cool for us. Over all it is a great place to stay.
