This is an "older" facility that is beginning to show its age. Its fairly clean, but.... wearing out. Things like patio screen doors falling off their tracks, Bedside lamps with electrical outlets to charge your phone that are so loose and sloppy they no longer work.. and the HVAC system antiquated.. the entire complex is set for either "heating" or "cooling. This is a real problem in the transitional seasons between winter and spring. We visited in May and the room we were booked into was literally 90 degrees because the patio window faced the sun all day - and NO WAY to cool the room because "the building hadn't been converted to coolong yet". The next room they gave us, on the opposite side of the hall was much cooler because the patio door was in the shade... However, outside the patio was a veritable junk yard of broken lawn mowers, snow blowers, broken furniture etc. Essentially a dirt alley littered with old, broken down parts and equipment from the hotel
