Precioso hotel. Ubicación y buen trato. El desayuno es muy completo.

Nos regalaron una experiencia única e inolvidable. Llegamos a este maravilloso hotel y nos recibió Steve, un trato muy agradable y profesional. La habitación increíble, espaciosa, todo un lujo. Cenamos en el restaurante Bailara un menú degustación que nos dejó sin palabras, un merecidísimo Bravo! para el jefe de cocina Jesús y todo el equipo de cocina. Las croquetas de Olatz increíbles no os podéis ir sin probarlas. La atención de sala excelente, las camareras Ainhoa y Alazne siempre pendientes de todo detalle, una atención de cine que nos acompaño en nuestra agradable velada. El metre Rodrigo tiene el arte de combinar de manera agradable las texturas, sabores y aromas de estos exquisitos platos, un maridaje excelente. Muy recomendable y sin duda repetiremos.

Lo primero nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel por habernos hecho sentir como en casa,cuando visitas un lugar tan encantador y privilegiado (entorno)y que a la vez sueñas con vivir en un lugar tan tranquilo y acogedor, lejos del mundanal y estresante ruido de la ciudad ,te marchas con cierta envidia de los privilegiados vecinos de Bidegoian.Con respecto al Hotel que decir,habitaciones,salones,jardines,vistas,restaurantes,el propio trato y un sin fin de motivos para volver una y otra vez,como enamorado de Euskadi desde pequeño ir a esta tierra maravillosa es siempre un placer y un sueño.

Ein wunderschön gepflegtes Hotel,welches Moderne mit Antiquitäten verbindet. Der Empfang war herzlich-das Zimmer groß und geräumig mit tollem Blick. Jeder Mitarbeiter war überaus freundlich und man hat das Gefühl,dass man wirklich willkommen ist!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours à l'hôtel.Belle architecture,belle décoration,propreté irréprochable,chambre spacieuse (nous avions la double de luxe),calme absolu. Ajoutez à cela un service au top,le sourire et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel,vous n'aurez qu'une envie: revenir.A souligner également la présence et la disponibilité des propriétaires,leurs conseils pour les sorties ainsi que leur discretion tout en étant attentifs aux moindres détails. Bon petit-déjeuner,bon restaurant et superbe expérience au restaurant Bailara.Bravo à toutes et à tous.

Precioso hotel, el entorno una chulada, y su personal un encanto, GRACIAS A TODOS, nos disteis muy buena información de los pueblos a visitar, un trato cercano y muy cariñoso, en los tiempos que corren se agradece mucho. Muy bonitos los jardines y muy cuidados, nos acompañó mucho el tiempo también, sin duda para recomendar a familiares y amigos que auieran desconectar y pasarlo bien, esta cerca de San Sebastian y pueblos muy chulos, Hondarribia, Oyarzun, Oñati, a una horita de Pamplona etc.... un abrazo y hasta pronto, JESUS Y TRINIDAD.

Très bel endroit et paysage, personnel au top! Restaurant gastronomique sympa et original. Lieu chargé d'histoire , chambres spacieuses (double Deluxe), mobilier simple rustique mais style basque ancien, assez dépaysant et agréable, belle atmosphère en général.

We were visiting San Sebastián but so happy to find this gem of a hotel about 20 minutes outside. It was very easy to drive into San Sebastián from the hotel. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the staff are very helpful and polite. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful meal couldn’t fault the food or service. Breakfast was fab - the fresh orange juice was the sweetest we have ever had. Did some driving around the local area and it is truly stunning. Would definitely visit again in a heartbeat.

We used the hotel as a base to visit Bilbao and San Sebastian and really enjoyed the setting. It is a beautiful old building with a very nice garden and exceptional views. Dinner at the restaurant was very enjoyable and we liked the intimate atmosphere and great service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and beds were great. We missed more loungers to sit outside in the garden and did find the hotel overpriced.
