We walked in and the guy at the desk was so rude! Telling us we were lucky he was letting us all in, it wasn’t check in time yet. It was 3:17 and my reservation says check in is at 3. When asked if he could try to put our rooms on the same floor he said”we don’t do that” he was so rude. We have been staying here a lot but not again!

Room size was great, bed was very comfortable. Having pillow style (firm, soft) on the pillow case was a nice touch. Staff is very no-nonsense e.g. don't expect friendly banter (like "Welcome to Holiday Inn Express"). Early check-in not available, seems no one staffs the front desk between check-out time and check-in time. Nonetheless, I recommend this hotel for its comfort. I will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. It took a while for the attendant to come out of the back room when I arrived. He was abrupt, unfriendly, even rude. I had trouble signing onto the internet and had to go back to the desk a few times. Finally given the appropriate directions for internet I went back to the room. Every time I entered the room the smell of old awful perfume wharfed over me. The kind of smell that chokes you. It was awful. I opened a window to air out. It didn’t work. I tried to deal but started getting a bad headache. I turned the a/c on for air circulation. It only got worse. I couldn’t take it any longer. I’d been in the room less than 4 hours. I packed up and went back to the front desk. I told the attendant the smell had given me a headache and I couldn’t stay in the room. He said the smell is an eco friendly perfume corporate uses in all Holiday Inns. I asked for a refund. He initially said I could get 50 percent back.I was frustrated as it had been less than 4 hours. I wouldn’t have booked had I known about the perfume. The attendant didn’t care. He got annoyed and now said he couldn’t refund any money because I booked through *******. Sounded like a lie. I told him that’s fine and left. I contacted ******* while still in the parking lot. ******* said they had to call the hotel to request a refund. Payment had processed and only the Holiday Inn could refund. Holiday Inn refused *******’s request. The attendant had lied. Terrible hotel!

The staff appeared to be frustrated and annoyed during routine interactions. The door handle to the room only worked while pulling up and tonthe side. The fitness center had no empty cleaning solution and paper towel station and the treadmill looked as if a sugary liquid was spilled across the control pad, cup holders and the belt. The common restrooms in the lobby also had no soap or paper towels. The hotel room was decent.

Would have been great just wasn't happy to check into a 54 degree room at 9pm on a cold night which then took hours to heat up. Also door was unlocked and cracked open which made me feel uneasy.

Not much to say good, bad, or otherwise. Pretty run of the mill HI Express. Reasonably priced, good parking, easy to find, close to the interstate and clean.

The hotel was okay. Your service staff needs some additional training. The couple of times I had questions, including during check in, the attendants acted like I was bothering them. Also, breakfast was cold, including the coffee. Not good customer service.
