I spent one night here during a vacation with my wife. Beautiful property (best location and layout I have ever seen) but poor experience for multiple reasons: (1) When we arrived there was no one at the door to help us with our bags and car, (2) we had booked best room in the house but couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix it. Too much noise outside to keep window open (party people until 4am and then machines running). (3) Dinner at Michelin restaurant was disappointing. Food was creative but didn’t like the taste of any course. Waiters didn’t ask why we weren’t eating the food. (4) At the pool, we asked for a waiter and they never came. (5) When we checked out the front desk staff didn’t even ask how was our stay. When I mentioned the AC situation they offered 10K points but proceeded to charge me the 2K+ Euro night rate. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Gorgeous, sumptuous hotel! We spent 10 fab nights here and even in bad weather we could sit in the most fabulous hotel bar and read and relax. Beds are good and the design of the place is just a feast for the eyes! It is a little way out of the main town - about 1km but there is a free bus every half hour N11 although it ends at 7.30pm. We never found any problem getting a taxi back up later in the evening. Loved the pool area and the attendants brought lovely lunches and cocktails on request. We are twice in the restaurant which was exceptional and the one breakfast we had was extensive and lovely too! All of the staff were focused on giving great customer service! Just lovely really and would definitely return.

工作人員熱情、友好和樂於助人。餐廳很棒我們在酒店住了五個晚上中的兩個晚上都在那裏吃了,飯菜也很棒(地球上最好的庫格安曼一定是克里奧頓的主廚!)位置非常適合海灘和老城區。然而,雖然清潔的標準非常好,酒店的房間需要一點薄層色譜非常小的浴室,沒有空間可以適當地掛毛巾,有點破舊,在一些地區需要注意(我們的衣服破裂),房間很小隻有一個小電梯,而且速度非常慢,所以我們經常使用樓梯但樓梯顯然不被認爲是舒適方面的優先事項地毯很舊,很破舊,一樓堆放着備用傢俱,聞起來有點黴味。所以總的來說,雖然我們喜歡這家酒店,並且會根據工作人員、餐廳和位置再次住在這裏,但我會說,就房間和浴室而言,價格過高。

更新設施。只有19點鐘才會引起公衆的注意。離市中心和海灘很近,但是我們還是遇到了電的重大事件。指示8人和630公,我們升8人,630公不到,電沒有超重傳感器,電停在兩層之間。西班牙也沒能在發生故障時直接下樓,打開門,讓人走出去的機制。我們打電話給護理電話:沒人回答,錄音出來!我們給警報打電話:一個維修人員(不算17點鐘,因爲否則沒人會來)告訴我們,他打電話給技術員,他什麼都不做!我們等了半小時。內在也沒有電話覆蓋。我們等了一小時,像“”的沙丁魚一樣,等待技術的到來,在我們遲遲不確定的情況下,我們決定在說服員工爲我們提供一個樓,以強迫我們離開門口,沒有道歉、滿意或中心官員的評論,這在事件發生後是最不值得的。我不知道,如果在中間留在19點之前發生過這種情況,那麼就怎麼辦?沒有注意,緊急電話是錄音,據說這不是第一次發生,因此,他們應該修訂服務的協議,更新安裝機制,更改服務的OTIS剩下的留是正確的。

Beautiful stay as always. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast with nice sweet treats. Perhaps a little fried bacon to accompany the egg might be nice. Comfortable bedroom maybe softer pillows if possible. Some rooms have balconies and I recommend this sort of room. Bathroom well equipped with supplies and a suitable shower. A free safe in bedroom and the use of a kettle for hot drinks. Hotel is situated in a beautiful avenue with a bus stop and beautiful church next door. Very close to the beach and center of Biarritz. We will be back.

在拉格蘭格的住裏度假,我們真的很喜歡住,在比利茲的Eugenie院子裏。住很近市中心,海灘,******,商店,巴士....建議您在比利茲接到強制停車場。電車很方便,停車價格合理。公寓很寬,很配備,乾淨。只有小,室外或室外,人也會在名人住等。後院/游泳池的景色不算是最美麗(給房地產不受維修好),但保證了安靜。非常感謝您的員工的和可用性。我們一定會回來的!

This should not be rated as four star The Good: Excellent breakfast - but pricey. Location with beach within 5 minutes walk and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Bad: Understaffed - only one person ever visible. Online check-in does not work - they still request a card guarantee There is no bar or restaurant or room service - a must for a four star hotel The rooms are tiny - even the so called 'privilege' rooms can only just take a king size bed Unless you are on the higher floors there is no beach or sea view. If you have a rear room, you overlook a carpark. There are only 2 lifts and no accessible stairs (fire door access only) and one was not working when I was there. It is very expensive for what you get. My advice is to look else where, check that the room size and hotel facilities are what you are looking for. There much better value hotels out there, even in and around Biarritz.
