Perfect location, very clean and stylish with individual touch. Perfectly placed in the centre of the city. Great individual touch and very comfortable beds. Would recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

Maison du Lierre is absolutely charming. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage and other sites in Biarritz. Our superior double room had a great terrace and was very comfortable. The staff, especially Alexia at the front desk, is helpful and welcoming, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Beautiful stay as always. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast with nice sweet treats. Perhaps a little fried bacon to accompany the egg might be nice. Comfortable bedroom maybe softer pillows if possible. Some rooms have balconies and I recommend this sort of room. Bathroom well equipped with supplies and a suitable shower. A free safe in bedroom and the use of a kettle for hot drinks. Hotel is situated in a beautiful avenue with a bus stop and beautiful church next door. Very close to the beach and center of Biarritz. We will be back.

The hotel is very well located in Biarritz, a little away from the busiest areas but still close and within walking distance of the main attractions of Biarritz and several services. There is no parking on site, but you can go to an Indigo parking lot nearby (~5 mins walk). We had a family room with a bunk bed for the kids. The room is of adequate size and has a large bathroom. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, the decor in this downstairs room was very nice. An utterly charming boutique hotel that offered good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I come back to Biarritz.

Staff very friendly and very clean. extra tea and coffee available through out the day with croissants available without charge. Leaving the hotel you turn left and you are 2 minutes from the beech and if you turn right you are in the heart of shopping heaven. Great restaurants and not to expensive. Will return 100%
