While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and pleasant service, i found that there is room for improvement in the taste of the food provided. The ambiance and presentation were commendable, but enhancing the flavor profiles of the dishes would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. I look forward to seeing improvements in this aspect during future visits.

Disappointing bathroom conditions and maintenance issues. The room itself was passable, but the bathroom was dirty and suffered from poor water drainage. Overall, a bad experience that could greatly benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance efforts.

Poor service. Ac not working. No one picking call in reception. They did nkt even changed ac remote. Upon asked for room change, they refused. Bad experience. Room was nice though. (except the ac part)

No hot water after request as it's centralized hot water they won't turn on even after 6am. Otherwise everything is good. Veg options are very less
