卡薩拉度假村(Kasara Resort)

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour au Kasara entre amies. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu la bonne suprise d'être upgradées dans la family villa. Le resort est très beau, la piscine est exceptionnelle et les lits autour permettent de vraiment se relaxer. Nous étions en option full board et tous les repas étaient excellents. Nous avons réellement adoré le safari organisé très tôt le matin et le petit-déjeuner pris dans la jungle. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bel établissement avec une équipe aux petits soins, proche du parc national du Chitwan. L’hôtel organise des visites/safaris du parc ainsi que des balades en canoës. Nous avons pu voir 3 rhinos, beaucoup de biches, cerfs, crocodiles et des multiples oiseaux. Très bon restaurant également à l’hôtel. N’hésitez pas.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kasara Resort, and I must say it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings. Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens and beautiful pool, this resort truly offers a slice of paradise. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My spacious room boasted elegant decor, a comfortable king-sized bed, with thoughtful amenities and impeccable cleanliness.

Kasara is lovely hotel. Even if it's listed as a 5* hotel it's actually more a 4*, as I wouldn't expect to have broken closing system on bedroom windows and having to fiddle with sockets to make them work. We also didn't find the rooms very functional: the bathroom is accessed via an outside space which isn't great particularly when you go to the toilets at night and it's 12 degrees... it felt like camping which isn't something we had signed up for. The outside shower is a great idea but again when it's cold it's not really comfortable. Everything else was great: staff were very professional and friendly, food was really tasty and staff, including Raj and his team, were very attentive. Our package was for two days but I dont think that's enough as we didn't really have time to enjoy the pool. Overall I'd give 6 stars to the staff if I could but 4 is for the rooms, which are quite basic and not 5* (very comfortable beds though!)
