Posizione davvero strategica, c’è una salita un po’ ripida per arrivare proprio sotto la torre di galata, ma se non si hanno problemi super comoda!! I gestori davvero carini e disponibili, la camera pulita, spazio giusto, ed il prezzo a mio avviso super conveniente!!

Booked one big family room but instead had to stay in 2 rooms and not next door either. My children had to stay in a separate room on the floor beneath, filthy towels, no towel rail, bath mat and no hand towel. Description says toiletries provided but only bars of soap provided, there was a safe but it wasn't fixed, one of the hosts was rude, was told water would be sent to my room but this never happened and when i went downstairs to get some, the person at reception had changed and made us pay for water. Also no lift so had to walk up many flights of stairs, they did help take the luggage up the stairs but in the way down had to do this myself and the light at the top fight of stairs wasn't working so a bit dodgy going up or down the stairs which were spiralled.

Venus entre amis pour un séjour de deux nuits à Istanbul, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement central et son prix attractif. Le réceptionniste nous attendait à l'extérieur malgré une arrivée tardive (2h du matin). La chambre était très correcte (1 chambre avec 2 lits double - 1 avec 1 lit double), douche et sanitaires en super état. La douche a même été changé durant notre séjour, à notre grande (mais agréable) surprise. Bien que l'hôtel soit encore en travaux (finitions), nous le recommandons pour tout ceux qui recherchent un endroit central ou dormir et pouvoir profiter de la ville d'Istanbul ! (2 min à pied de Galata Tower, ses bars et ses restaurants)

There are two very good things to be said about this hotel. 1) The location is amazing. Super central, yet quiet at night. Galata is a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of cute shops and cafés. 2) One of the receptionists was very kind and welcoming, and his English skills were good. The not so good stuff: if you're allergic to dust this is not the place for you. The floor underneath the bed had probably not been cleaned for over a year. I asked the hotel staff twice if they could have someone clean it, but it never happened. Underneath the bed, I found face masks, a dust layer so thick it could be a carpet and a rotten apple covered in mould. Not cool. The other receptionist did not speak as good English, and wasn't there for my checkout in the morning, even though we had agreed the night before that he would be there. I think this place is good if you're only staying for a night and don't mind dust, but unfortunately I don't think I will come back here, in spite of the great location and nice receptionist.

Sehr gute Lage direkt beim Galaturm. Hotel ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wäre etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Kann dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Temizlik aşırı kötüydü lekeli nevresimler lekeli yastık yüzleri yataklar bile aşırı kirli ve pisti kökten bi temizlik ve bütün ekipmanların değişmesi gerekiyor tek iyi yanı konumu onun dışında hiç bir artısı yok

Hotel muy bien situado a dos pasos de Gálata. La habitación bien equipada, wifi muy bueno, pero la ducha un poco justa a nivel de limpieza y la cisterna del WC no funcionaba bien del todo. La cama muy cómoda, había hervidor de agua, agua y te en la habitación.
