I purchased 3 rooms and two out of the three had issues one had a chemical smell that had my eyes burning so when I went to the dask to notify the the desk attendent tried to hand me air freshener. After I asked for refund she changed rooms to a room witch wasn't much better it was still filthy. The second room pillow cases were dirty so the desk attendent just handed me pillow cases. If I could give them a half star or less I would it's a 1970s motel disguised as a Hotel.

It is not an overly huge property, which I liked because it seemed more personal and safer. Also, it was significantly less expensive than the room I had stayed in prior in the next town over and that room wasn’t nearly as nice as the room I stayed in here. My stay was for an extended period of time, and I woman staying alone with my animals, and I never felt unsafe. But without question, what really makes this property a stand out, 5 star, and absolute top tier, is the staff. What an amazing, lovely group of people. They really have something special here. I read in some of the other reviews that it was disappointing there is no hot tub or pool. I don’t care about those things, this place is a vibe. These people were kind to me when I needed it the most, still always remaining professional, and taking extra care to respect my privacy. It was overall a brilliant experience that I would recommend to anyone. If you pass through Berwick and don’t stay at Suburban Studios, what are you really doing with your life?
