Hatten zuerst ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer erwünscht war. Dann das behinderten Zimmer.
Buchung war bereits bezahlt, wurde aber beim einchecken als nicht bezahlt deklariert und sollte über ominöse Kreditkarte dann abgebucht werden. Weder die Kreditkartennummer stimmte überein noch der Preis.
Am Ende wurde dann doch gesehen, dass die Buchung bereits bezahlt wurde.

Hotel ist , Reception ist Klasse aber ….. ein Angestellter in der Küche bei dem oben Buffet war heute früh aggressiv , unhöflich und soll den Kunden besser behandeln . Ob sie alleine arbeitet an diesem Tag ist keine Ausrede . Schlecht für den Ruf des Hotels wegen solches Verhalten verliert man Kunden . Ich hoffe dass sich jemand darum mit schnelle Reaktion kümmert . Oder liegt es daran dass der Kunde kein deutsch kann ? Das Hotel kann sich bei der Dame bedanken .

the good points were friendly reception staff, and comfortable good quality beds and bedding, the bad points, I tried their restaurant once for breakfast it's Buffett style but everything was cold we were in a room overlooking McDonalds which was noisy and seems to be open 23 hours a day yes 23 hours it's not a typo. also be advised if you want touristy area of Berlin it's a bus and underground train ride of about 45 minutes to Alexander plats

Definitely like this place. Pros: The room & toilet were decent; the bed sheet was also hypoallergenic. The facilities were pretty okay. Very friendly and helpful staff who especially helped us a lot with borrowing the shared fridge. We will absolutely stay there again if we visit Berlin in the future, and we highly recommend others to do the same. Cons: Breakfast wasn't included in the price. A lot of people were smoking at the entrance. Very expensive parking garage for 12 EUR per day, while you can just park outside/nearby for free.

Was shirt trip so I choice this hotel which it was very good hotel in location cleaning and overlook all is 100% short distance to near shopping Really recommend if family or business or even with friends

Staff very friendly and allowed an earlier check in. Room basic, but clean, all you need if out exploring. However, room smelled of years of smoking, which to two non smokers, was not appealing… rarely in room but if in it more would have had to swapped, although the hotel had the recurring smell of smoke anyways.

Exactly as expected. Clean rooms. Good friendly staff. Bus stops outside. 2 stops to airport no walking. Located next to shops. While though go visit Britzer Park as it is worth the short journey and wildlife friendly.

Very comfortable room with a view on a peaceful green area. Friendly and efficient service. Located in a quiet residential zone well connected to the airport; supermarket and restaurants nearby. Absolutely recommended!

It was ok, cozy but a little bit too old fashioned for my taste. They should definitely improve in a better customer service. Breakfast was fine but the last day the juice expending machines were empty. It was very warm, which is quite good for the winter. It was a nice experience after all.
