Das Apartment ist leider für den Preis in einem nicht gepflegten Zustand.... Die Wand braucht am und an auch mal ein wenig Liebe und Farbe.... Sauber war es aber gewesen.... Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch. Die TV Verbindung (Qualität) ist schlecht Einen Tag vor Anreise bekam ich eine Nachricht, es stellte sich raus, (******* teilte dies mit), dass die Unterkunft, eine Fishing Attacke hatte, dh auch ich wurde Opfer des Betrugs mit über 300 Euro Schaden (wenn meine Bank nicht reagiert hätte wären es ca 800 geworden). Der Unterkunft war dies bekannt, man hielt es nicht für nötig im Vorfeld zu wsrneb bzw darauf hinzuweisen. Es hieß später nur, ja ist uns bekannt, tut uns leid.... Kann deshalb leider nur davon abraten....

Close to the bus stop for M41 to the main station and two U-Bahn stations, the apartment hotel was very well located for a few days in Berlin. The Bergmannstrasse with lots of eating houses and suppermarkets, etc. is a ten minute walk. Services are straightforward with a reception (and auto-check in after 18.00), a lift, maps of the city, etc. The room we occupied was smallish but well equipped for two people and on the fifth floor with a view across the tree-lined street to a church. The bed was comfy and there was good lighting. Bag storage space and the bathroom were okay too. So, no complaints, no hassles, we had a good time!

Aparthotels are a curious creature. They lack in some areas and over-compensate in others. Nena Kreuzberg is a modern building, recently refurbished. It had a large bathroom but tiny main room taken up by (comfy) queen bed. A juliet balcony had a sunny and leafy street view, although the traffic noise was too loud to have the double doors open overnight. The air-conditioner was so feeble the room stayed hot and stuffy. No fan. No shampoo but fragrant handwash. Reasonably-equipped kitchen with dishwasher but no washing machine. One English breakfast tea bag provided and when I asked for another they said I had to pay. Really? For one tea bag! Still, Nena Kreuzberg is good value despite these annoying things. It's worth adding that it's in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets, and is close to trains; a bus stop is outside the front of the building.

We have to sleep in the reception because Nena Apartament has blocked our key and they do not answer their emergency phones. Right now saturday 6th julio 2024 unfortunate customer service our reservation is from July 5-9 ----------------

Cons: *The pull out bed was FILTHY and we were not provided sheets for it. *Reception was only staffed from 10:00 to 18:00 *Air conditioning does not work. Pros: *Reception was friendly (when they were available). *Bathroom was clean.

Smelly, small room. Different than photos advertised. Rude staff for zero reason. Won’t allow any photos in a public area but will allow other guests to play loud annoying instruments for hours without issue. Makes zero sense. Waste of money. Avoid. Your money is better spent at hotel Catalonia
