Very nice and clean Hotel very Comfortable too.

Zeer net hotel en alles boven verwachting! Basic kamers maar van ingang tot WC, van WC tot gang, van gang tot hotel kamer…alles brandschoon! De kamers zijn voorzien van een bed, TV, bureau en stopcontacten en dus alles wat je tijdens een city trip nodig hebt. De wc en douches zaten bij ons op de gang en prima bereikbaar. De douches zijn schoon en geven goed en warm water. Vriendelijk personeel en alles prima uitgelegd. Binnen bereik van openbaar vervoer, welke je naar alle punten binnen Berlijn brengt. Een aanrader voor stellen en city trip bezoekers.

I wouldn’t stay here if someone payed me. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, but unfortunately that’s the only nice thing about the hotel. The entrance is sketchy, you first have to enter a dark hallway with long doors, then walk through another long, dark courtyard to reach the hotel. Once you arrive, there is no elevator (which is winding, inconvenient with heavy luggage, and also poorly lit). The room was clean, but the mattress was extremely thin. There was no extra lock on the door (usually on all hotel doors). The entrance door to the bathroom was open to anyone (no scan or code required). Bathroom was not clean, and smelled quite moldy. Lastly, when I went to use the blow dryer (that I contacted the hotel about prior) it did not work and I had to leave the hotel with wet hair on a cold day. Had to switch hotels the very next day. I wish I had listened to the honest reviews and saved my time.

This is a basic hotel but great for fleeting visitors like myself. There are individual rooms with shared bathroom facilities - there are plenty on each floor, and the facilities were very clean. Never had to wait to use the toilet or shower. Check in was simple. Access to the hotel outside of reception hours was by keypad which was easy enough. Key swipe card for everything else. Free WiFi on each floor which worked very well. Reception does offer coffee, but there no facilities in the room for this - thankfully this is not a problem as it is 2 minutes from two decent cafés which are very pleasant (Café Melon does an excellent breakfast). The hotel got in contact with simple to follow directions which was very much appreciated to a stranger in a new city! Other facilities nearby include a launderette, handy for prolonged stays. Would gladly stay again. Great value for money.

Hotel was clean, quiet, modern, next to a tram station and at 1,5 km from Alexanderplatz station. Room was brighty and spacious for a solo traveller. Keycard to enter and lock the doors. Shared bathroom clean and really functional, equipped with soap and hairdryers. Window facing a courtyard so I didn't hear any noise from the street. Good wi-fi. Tv in the room. No air conditioning. Nice staff I usually don't use to sleep on a futon matress but this one was comfortable enought

Simple, but sophisticated and clean

The hotel was really nice, located near the tramway, which was perfect for us. The reception was perfect, we could ask everything we needed. the washrooms were remarkably clean ! Ideal for a small budget !!
