Holiday Inn & Suites 大洋城(Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City)

Great place to stay with a family on the Ocean City beach. This hotel is located in a more quiet section of the boardwalk. Has excellent amenities and activities for kids. Kids eat free at the restaurants and great service by the pools. Housekeeping was really backed up with cleaning the rooms as it was a busy time but they got to my room every day.

This was a quick getaway for my wife’s birthday. She loves the beach and we love OC. Everyone was kind, pleasant. The wait staff in the restaurant remembered our likes/dislikes. The room was comfortable and spacious. What top the experience, Chris**as is her favorite time of the year and decorations were everywhere. We only had two issues: the location of our room and the bathtub. My wife is a photographer and because we were on the 2nd floor, the view was obstructed by the outside structures. The bath tub was too high and she did not feel safe. Extra safety bars would have help and better slip *****s inside of the tub

A few years back I had a not so good experience with a holiday inn and suites in Kissimmee FL. From that experience I said that I would not stay at another. I decided to give this one a go after reading the wonderful reviews. Cleanliness and convenience is what I was looking for on this last minute overnight trip, and this hotel DID NOT disappoint! It was so much better than what my husband and I expected. Upon check in, The young lady at the front desk asked me if I preferred a low level room or high, and I told her whichever has the best oceanfront view. All I'll say is that she gave us the BEST view in OC!! Being able to watch the sunrise directly across from our balcony was just the peace that we both needed. All in all the hotel was very clean, the exterior, interior, and suite itself. Loved that there was free parking. Loved the convenience of it being on the boardwalk with an AMAZING oceanfront view. And loved that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We DEFINITELY will be booking with this hotel again, and will recommend it to others as well.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and love it! The ocean front view from our room was amazing. Our suite was perfect and plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great restaurant. Will definitely stay again!

POOR MANAGEMENT. If you have noisy neighbors, the management will do everything they can to protect them and will not take your comfort seriously. Paid very high rate for a 3 day weekend on the beach, and could not use my balcony or open my doors because for loud obnoxious music from neighbors all evening. Management lied about not being able to reach them and yelled at me for asking what is the expected timeline for a resolution. Go there if you wanna party and bother other guests with immunity. Do not go if you have a family, older parents or trying to get a comfortable beach weekend, you are not their target customer.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Onsite restaurant was good for breakfast. Right on the boardwalk is a plus. Dishwasher door was broken and the keurig was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Adult pool area is small and can get quite busy, Same for the kiddie pool. Parking lot is tight, but manageable.

Our kids loved the pool and the activities they had planned there. Very family-friendly place to stay. Perfect location on the boardwalk just steps away from the beach. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and felt like a luxury hotel. Housekeeping spoiled us. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a great time. Furniture sits very low which makes it non-user friendly for some people like myself who have bad knees. Need bath mats in tub/shower because floor gets slick when wet and soapy.

The room was very warm and humid. The thermostat says it was set tp 65 but the room actually only got down to mid 70's. I told the front desk about our thermostat and they said they could have a maintenance man look at it but there wasn't a guarantee they could fix it. So i went out and bought 2 floor fans. My son is special needs, so the room temperature was very important. Outside of that, our stay was good.
