柏林亞歷山大廣場1號汽車旅館(Motel One Berlin-Alexanderplatz)

Die Lage gleich am Alexanderplatz ist hervorragend, und von unserem Zimmer im 18. Stock hatten wir eine super Aussicht. Die Zimmer selbst sind recht klein aber zweckmässig eingerichtet, mehr Ablageflächen wären notwendig. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber schmackhaft, die Bar im 18. Stock ist super in Design, Aussicht, Getränkeauswahl und Ambiance. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed, men for dyrt til hvad man får. Vi fik et værelse ind mod en lukket gård hvilket var lidt ærgeligt. Der var andre småting som gjorde at det ikke var prisen værd, som fx var der kun papkrus til vand i stedet for rigtige glas, ingen information på værelset omkring hotellet, ingen elkedel til kaffe, og der var meget lydt ift. når andre værelser gik i bad eller på toilettet. Vi kunne derudover aldrig få fat på personalet fordi de altid havde travlt i receptionen. Ellers gode senge, god rengøring og nem check ud. Hvis værelserne var billigere havde det været mere passende.

Our experience was mixed and overall improved after we asked for a room change. We stayed four nights. Although I booked an upgraded room with a king bed, we were put into a standard room with a queen bed. What's worse is that room 18016 (18th floor, room 16) was right next to a slamming door AND a service room where staff cleaned up after the lounge closed at 1:00 am on some nights and 2:00 am on other night. There was way too much noise, from 1:00–3:00 am. Just as an aside, the walls, carpet, and ceiling around the 18th floor lounge was also painted black, which made it feel like we were staying in an industrial basement. It was depressing. After two nights of this, we went to the front desk and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They moved us to the 16th floor and into a room that matched the description of what I had reserved (upgraded with a king bed). We were also at the end of a brightly-lit, lightly painted hallway, so it was bright and cheery and QUIET! We also paid for breakfast. This experience started out somewhat bad and ended positively. The hotel is really popular for people on weekend getaways, so the breakfast area was literally overrun with hoards of people. Once Monday and Tuesday came along, the breakfast area was much more pleasant. If you're visiting Berlin, I recommend a mid-week stay to avoid the weekend crowds at the hotel. Museums are also closed on Mondays, so a mid-week visit is better.

Sentralt og fint hotell med nærhet til restauranter/barer, shopping og kollektivtrafikk. Frokosten var litt enkel og personalet var trege med å rydde unna på bordene. Et godt alternativ er å spise frokost på en av de mange restaurantene som tilbyr det i nærheten. Dessverre var innsjekkingen håpløs ineffektiv, vi måtte stå over en halvtime i kø.

The property was great but unfortunately they treat to ******* guests terrible. I was checking in with a friend that made the reservation directly from the hotel and they gave him a bottle of water but refused to give me as well with the claim that they do noit give anything to ******* guests. The same thing happaned when we have asked for late check out. He got it but they refused to give me as well and said that next time I should make the reservation through the hotel and not through *******.

Great staff with clean comfortable room. The room was clean, modern and with a great view of the Alexanderplatz. The room is a bit like a bento box - the room size is a wee bit small but worked well for this solo traveler. Great location for seeing all the well known tourist sites, restaurant options and a nearby grocery store.

Super stylish das Hotel, sehr freundliche Rezeption, zentral gelegen, in der Umgebung viele Einkaufs- und Essensangebote, gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Tolle Rooftop Bar mit leckeren Cocktails.
