A king size Serta Sleep Number mattress sits at the heart of the room, offering a personalized sleep setting for ultimate rest. The bed is framed by soft, inviting linens and plush pillows, creating a luxurious sleeping space. The black out curtains drape the windows, ensuring darkness for uninterrupted sleep and added privacy. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with ample counter space, and a shower-tub combo provides versatility. The guest bedroom has blackout curtains, matching Twin beds, and a 32" television. The second full bathroom is just a few shorts steps away from the guest room. Lounge on the private veranda in the shade of one of the Lowcountry's iconic Angel Oaks and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail under the soft patio lights. There is a community pool available for guests seasonally. Pool towels are provided. Access to the pool requires a key FOB and the area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. The HOST is not responsible for pool upkeep and maintenance. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is an $80 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less. *STRICT NO PETS POLICY*As a private host who personally manages The Condo, I strive to ensure guests have the basic essentials for their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices (S&P), aluminum foil, paper plates, trash bags (1 per night), basic cleaning supplies, soap for dishes/dishwasher, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, laundry detergent, spot remover, lint roller, and dryer sheets, just to name a few.There are 4 camping chairs, a beach umbrella, (2) boogie boards, life jackets, and beach toys available for guest use. Cozy private getaway located on French Quarter Creek, within the Cooper River Watershed and adjacent to the Francis Marion National Forest. The cabin has been completely remodeled and is approximately 1,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 4 singles in the bunk room) and 1 bathroom. The living room is loaded with windows and overlooks the backyard and French Quarter Creek. The cabin sits on almost an acre and is very private, being the last house on the road. The huge deck runs the width of the cabin and overlooks the creek. Off the beaten path, but close to everything. 10 minutes from Shipyard Park, 20 minutes from Mt Pleasant, 30 minutes from Daniel Island, and 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. There is a boat ramp on the property where you can launch your own boat, or paddle one of the kayaks we have on the property. You can fish right from the backyard, enjoy the fire pit and adirondack chairs, or just relax and enjoy the view. French Quarter Creek is fresh water, but tidal with 2 high tides and 2 low tides each day. Although beautiful, this is a blackwater creek with abundant wildlife including Alligators.
