安蒂科博爾戈居住飯店(Antico Borgo)

Il check-in si faceva presso un ristorante, al citofono della struttura non rispondeva nessuno. Ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto avere la camera soltanto alle ore 14-15.30 o dalle 18 in poi (orari del ristorante!). Alle 18 ci consegnano la camera che è proprio su una strada trafficata e rumorosissima. Richiamo il proprietario per il problema più grosso: una terribile puzza di fumo. Praticamente l'aria è irrespirabile. Chiedo se posso cambiare camera perché non essendo fumatore non avrei potuto dormire. Urlando e con tono molto nervoso, piuttosto che essere gentile e comprensivo, il titolare mi dice che non può farci nulla e che non è colpa sua ma dei clienti del giorno prima che probabilmente hanno fumato in camera. Dunque dalle 11 alle 18 non ha avuto modo di far cambiare l'aria. Inoltre, non è stato pulito nulla. Polvere ovunque e scarico della doccia (fredda) ostruito. (allego foto). Io rispondo che comunque desidero un risarcimento perché mi trovo costretto a cambiare struttura e che segnalerò su booking l'accaduto e lui mi dice che sono un maleducato. Mi chiedo come possa fare certa gente cafona a gestire un alloggio del genere. Non ho mai incontrato una persona così arrogante e scostumata in tutti i miei viaggi. Vergogna!

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed. Most easily reached by taking the tram adjacent to the railway station for one stop then it's just a short walk. Also easily reached on foot as Bergamo is not a big city.

Parfait. Bel établissement, bien placé, bon accueil, excellente literie, grand studio trés propre et calme. Trés bon rapport qualité prix. Même pour aller à Milan (à 30min) çà vaut le coup de faire l'aller-retour... Si je reviens dans le coin je n'hésiterai pas...

Por lo general bien, buena ubicacion y comodidad. Como nota negativa te enteras de todas las conversaciones de los vecinos. Hay una puerta cerrada que comunica con la habitación de al lado y es un horror.

It was awful. The personal was rude and very unhelpful. They just ignore us. Definitely I will never book this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I hope that they understand that the provide a service and people pay them for it. Never again!

My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. If you don't mind walking it's not a bad location - taxi drivers wouldn't take me from the airport saying its too close for a taxi. So i got a bus, and that was a 20 minute walk from the station.

The place is in a strategic position (close to the station and the city centre), which is the only good thing. The room was very large but also very dirty. There was not any food: restaurant or vending machine. Worst thing: the furnace is positioned inside the room, in a wardrobe close to the bed, and it emitted loud noise all night - I barely slept the first night! Although I paid a low price for this stay, I will never ever come back here!

Excellent location. Comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Much better than we expected from reading the reviews and looking at the pictures We were very satisfied. Mrs. Marija was very kind.
