This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

在這裏住了兩晚。以前在Bergamo的“老城區”區住過,這很可愛。這個地區將被認爲是“跑下來的”。步行到主要城鎮去咖啡店、餐館等都是5-10分鐘。以前的評論評論說接待人員是多麼熱情、友好、樂於助人等等,但我沒有得到那種經驗。接待區就在門內,所以可以很擁擠地到達和帶着行李、嬰兒車等離開。房間的空間足夠。本來可以多給毛巾(單人間的三條基本),房間裏還需要冰箱和水杯等。地板可能被吊起來,所以確保你穿拖鞋(不包括在房間裏)!在我的住宿中沒有包含早餐,很高興我沒有因爲選擇看起來有限。這家酒店適合短暫停留,但如果停留更長的時間,也許可以看看其他地方。

Sono stata da novembre 2021 ad inizi gennaio 2022 nel B&B Luna per frequentare un corso Ryanair. Mi sono trovata benissimo: B&B pulitissimo: stanza, bagno e spazi comuni vengono puliti tutti i giorni e hanno un buon odore; la proprietaria, Sonia, è disponibile e affabile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

在這裏住了兩晚。房間很舒適,不錯,建築很漂亮。但是找到酒店有租車很有挑戰性。它位於一條超級狹窄的街道上。停車位相當差,停車位於上坡,很小。不適合更大的家庭車。我們的房間加牀不好-非常狹窄(60釐米?),一點也不舒適。有些工作人員不是很友好,應該改善客戶服務 - 可能打招呼更友好等。還有一些工作人員完全缺乏英語技能。早餐還可以,但提供的很多食物總是用光(例如炒雞蛋和培根)。院子和街道的聲音被門或窗戶擋得不好。如果交流不通,房間很熱。我們房間的門卡工作不好,最後一天,進入我們的房間大約需要20分鐘(以及2名工作人員的幫助)。

從這裏去貝加莫機場很方便，衹需要幾分鐘。我們選擇了這裏作為到達Milan Linate之後的中轉。車程45分鐘。房間裝飾不錯，很寬敞也很安靜。地下停車免費。唯一的問題是我們房間裏的地毯很臟，需要進行清洗了。我們的房價包含早餐，也很豐盛。早餐是自助式，有酸奶，麪包，冷切肉，麥片，鮮榨果汁，新鮮水果和膠囊咖啡機，很超值。總之，這次入住很划算，我們在**********上以65英鎊的價格訂到。我們還會再來。

Ottimo hotel per brevi soggiorni. Colazione varia e abbondante, letti comodi e location silenziosa. Comodo anche l’ampio parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura. Presenti giochi per bambini nel parco davanti all’hotel e alle terme. A 20 minuti da Orio al Serio.

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

訪訪客用戶Spent our last night in Bergamo at this lovely boutique hotel. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were very helpful. Rebecca and Joanne were so friendly as were the others but didn’t get their names. The room we had was lovely with a small typical Italian balcony over looking the roof tops and the courtyard. The bathroom was very modern and large with the most powerful shower.. There was also a huge bath with jets. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely courtyard where we finished the evening with drinks. Recommend the Italian gin. Breakfast was excellent with a fabulous buffet selection. Eggs cooked to your preference and beautifully presented. Loved the white table linen which you rarely find these days. Set in a lovely part of Bergamot with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. About 15/20 minute walk from rail station. Highly recommend.

RRicherTripsWe were instructed to drive in front of the hotel, which was very difficult, to get a permit to drive in the Cittá Alta and a voucher for the parking garage. If you have small baggage, it’s better to send your license plate to reception, and park your car first. Our room was narrow and large, with a king size bed, the bathroom in the middle, and a corridor to the closet, a sofa bed and a table. It had a small TV, minibar, espresso and teapot, safe box, robes and slippers and a large shower, no bathtub. The décor is minimalist and chic, with wooden floors. There were windows to both sides of the block. Try no to walk barefoot around the room; the bed has sharp metal corners. I hit my toes twice. On our way out, I saw parents using the step elevator at the lobby for their young girl’s wheelchair and was surprised at this very useful facility.

訪訪客There are a huge number of positives for staying at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia. It is a charming, historic property in the heart of Bergamo’s Citta Alta (Bergamo’s old town), a short walk from all the main sights of this delightful city. The location is superb, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops, the funicular stops and the main historic sights of the city. Most of the accommodation seems to be near the station which is 15-20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the historic old town (or another 15-20 minute walk up the hill if you are athletic) so it makes a lot of sense to stay here if tourism is the reason why you come to town. The hotel is located off one of the main old town streets, up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. It’s eighteen steps, and a stairlift is available if you need help. To the three floors where the rooms are located there is a small lift. The check in and out was efficient and friendly, the receptionists are always welcoming and speak English. They really want to boost tourism to the city and were very nice to speak to. The written communication isn’t quite as strong. Before we arrived we requested an airport pick up, which they provide through a local driver who is very nice and speaks good English. We got no confirmation to say this was arranged so emailed again to be told that it was arranged. The pick up was fine but when we went to confirm the return to the airport we found the time they had was wrong. It was soon sorted out, but I would recommend double checking the details. Parking is also available at a nearby site. Our room was on the third floor. It had a balcony with a view of rooftops and the hills behind the city, a large TV (but only with Italian channels), good WiFi, a wardrobe and a very small safe, which again showed for us that Reception is a little inconsistent. I went to use it, followed the instructions and then couldn’t open it. I informed Reception (luckily, I had nothing in the safe) and that it needed resetting, but it didn’t happen during our time at the hotel. There is also a coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable bed and an air conditioner/heater. They provide cups, glasses and a corkscrew. The most irritating thing about the room we stayed in was that there was no ceiling light, just a wall light and three lamps, making the room quite dark and impossible to find anything in the wardrobe or drawers after dark without a torch. The only other downside to the room was that there was only one bin, a small one in the bathroom so it filled up quickly. The room also had a desk, a table and seats, which weren’t that comfortable, they were like garden furniture, so I suspect that they go on the balcony when the weather improves. The bathroom had a good shower. The sink was nicely designed but a bit impractical, with a sloping bottom to it and an overhanging tap which made shaving or washing your face awkward. 匿匿名用戶整體不錯的一家酒店，小而美的類型。原本搭廉航以為會降落在偏僻山區，沒想到意外發現小眾旅遊勝地。
我們從貝加莫機場搭乘1號線，大概15分鐘就抵達了酒店附近的公車站，步行12分鐘到達。深夜到的時候前台小哥很熱情，積極介紹了早餐/spa等設施。
房間比想象中寬敞，尤其是衛生間！空調非常好用，而且所有設施非常非常乾淨，值得推薦一下~
早餐很愜意，7-10點供應，不算豐盛但是香腸/培根/炒蛋/可頌/咖啡都有，尤其是可以在花園裡聽鐘聲吃飯，拍照很出片。
酒店附近的小店很多，價格不等，15-1000歐都有，淘到了好看的衣服很開心。門口還有一家好吃的披薩，價格公道也比較衛生。
第二天吃過早飯，寄存行李后坐纜車上山逛了逛，風景好，有宏偉的大教堂。總體來說貝加莫真的很值得一游！

We made a stop after flying to see the opera in Verona, the hotel is lovely for a 2 stars, the staff mostly good as well. the lovely young lady at reception was amazing and accommodating. The food was hit and miss 2 night we ate really well the third night nit great I sent my FAKE crab back and ordered a pizza Margherita instead that was really underwhelming .. I ate is as I was hungry, the young waiter was a little useless compare to the others we had before which where great, was also a little rude making excuses that he was tired😑.. overall a great stay, the water and fake crab cost then a full mark.

The Arli Hotel has an unprepossessing exterior on a busy commercial street but is very conveniently located - a short walk from the train station, or to the funicular to the old city, Citta Vecchia, and the downtown shopping and strolling streets. Inside, it is clean, efficient, and well laid-out with a helpful and friendly front desk staff. Our room was likewise very clean, with very comfortable bed, good lighting, useful shelf space and furnishings, simple modern decor, and a decent-sized and fine bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We were entirely happy with our stay here.
