酒店非常不通情理，預訂當天手機被偷，別人手機預訂選錯時間，現場已經入住，協商多次調換時間為當天或退掉訂錯的都不可以。並且攜程預訂不可以，別的平台就行。霸王條款。我一個人帶了孩子，深夜在酒店前台，就一定要重新再定了當天的。酒店房間很小，浴室是浴盆也沒有防滑墊，洗澡不方便。訂錯的房間送給朋友都沒人願意去住。反正我是不會再預訂和入住了。

酒店環境挺好的，位於市中心，吃飯出行都很方便。出門左轉沿着大路一直走可以上山，山上有西漢時期的古鎮。

地理位置非常優越，離火車站很近，去Citta Alta也很方便 但是房間比較小，風格比較老氣了一點 早餐很不錯還可以自己泡茶喝還有紙杯 另外有一個類似book exchange的角落 特別暖心

酒店總體滿意的，附近比較繁華，很多商店，可以出去逛逛。離火車站步行大約5分鐘的樣子，前台服務挺好，前台小姐姐很熱情。

酒店大床房還可以，洗手間也比較大，早餐是純意式的，咖啡也不錯

Замечательный отель рядом с вокзалом и в 10 минутах езды от аэропорта. Чистые и комфортные номера. Отличный сервис и вежливый персонал. Супер завтрак! Рекомендую! Обратите внимание, что отель находится ближе к окраине города и не ходите гулять в сторону вокзала, там может быть небезопасно, но это не относится к отелю, скорее рекомендация по локации.

No frills hotel, we stayed here because of the location and it has a carpark next to the hotel which we can park the car for a night at euro 15/day. Room was quite spacious, decor was abit on the old side.
