巴臣赫爾阿斯潘公寓(Alpenresidenz Buchenhohe)

Après un accueil sans chaleur, nous avons découvert notre appartement, qui nous a plu pour sa taille et pour sa propreté (quoique la moquette m’a obligée à prendre des antihistaminiques toute la semaine). La décoration n’est pas exceptionnelle, un peu chambre d’hôpital, mais dans l’ensemble, c’est convenable. Le gros point noir, c’est le bruit! Très mauvaise insonorisation, donc il faut accepter de dormir quand les voisins l’ont décidé…. Pareil pour le réveil. Concernant l’accueil, la seule interaction que nous avons eu avec un responsable a été déplorable; Le dernier jour, partant tôt, nous avons pris un rapide petit déjeuner, et n’ayant pas beaucoup d’appétit à cette heure, j’ai voulu partir avec 2 petits pains. Il m’en a été fait la remarque. Donc, au temps pour moi, pas agréable mais j’accepte la remarque. La grosse surprise, TRÈS désagréable, fut au moment de payer la semaine, c’est à dire 7 nuits et 21 petits déjeuners. La responsable a essayé, sans nous le dire!!, de nous rajouter un 22 ieme petit déjeuner! Pour 2 petits pains! Ce procédé nous ayant clairement choqués, nous lui avons signifié que nous ne manquerions pas de faire notre première revue négative sur Tripadvisor. Cela l’a motivé à retiré ce rajout de facture, tout en échangeant en allemand avec ses collègues devant nous, et malgré notre niveau d’allemand, c’était clairement insultant. Suite à ça, pas de réponse à notre au revoir!bref, nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel.

Clean, spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Large free bottle of water, no minibar. Very good breakfast with a wide selection also offering fresh pretzels. Dinner possible in the typical Bavarian restaurant Holzkafer next door (was open from 18 to 22). They give a Guest Card with the room which offers discounts on nearby attractions such as car parks, discounts on tickets - 4€ for the Jennerbahn cable car etc. Free parking in front of the hotel. Reception open only during checkin(15/18) and checkout(8-10). The bells at the nearby church ring every hour - from 7am in the morning and 9pm in the evening. Close to the Eagle´s Nest as well as other attractions (Jennerbahn cable cars, Königssee lake).

The property itself is lovely and the breakfast was great. We stayed during a very warm time and since there is no air conditioning we needed to sleep with the windows open. That helped to cool the room but unfortunately the cigarette smoke from the families below wafted up and right into our room. The staff was helpful during our stay and overall friendly. While the hotel is technically 15 minutes away from Berchtesgaden the only way to access it without a car is to take the bus from town but it stops running at about 6pm meaning that you need to take a 20 Euro cab ride up. The hotel does give bus vouchers while you are staying there which were very useful during the day but once you check out you can't use a bus voucher to get back into town.

Pienessä kylässä jossa yksi ravintola. Tämä meille kyllä selkeästi ilmaistiin sisäänkirjautumisessa mutta paikka oli täyteen varattu, kun menimme pöytää kysymään. Vuoristoinen matka lähinnä olevaan pikku kyllään. Lähellä Kotkanpesää joten sopi hyvin reitillemme. Aamupala niukka mutta riittävä.

Mindre bra: Vi bodde i hus C. Det var flera trappor upp till hus C samt inne i huset, tyvärr fanns ingen hiss. Mycket bra: Badrummet var nyrenoverat och fräscht. Frukosten var jättebra. I huset bredvid fanns en restaurang med god och riklig mat.

This is a quite places not far away from the town of Berchtesgaden. The room is huge and very clean. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is very good.

Ficamos em um quarto com uma antesala para meu filho de 5 anos dormir. E tambem tinha cozinha. Exclente.
