岩堡貝斯特韋斯特優質套房飯店(Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn Suites)

Last year when we were there, our stay was great. That’s why we went back. When we walked into our room, it smelled like the inside of a dirty vacuum cleaner. The king size bed was out of shape and saggy. The sheets on the bed were worn out. Breakfast was horrible. The “scrambled eggs” seemed artificial and the sausage patty was nasty too. The breakfast potatoes tasted old. I didn’t finish my plate.

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. BUT, the room was dark, the carpet smelled, and the key system was unreliable. We had to have our room key replaced and never were able to get in the outside door next to our room where we wanted to park our car Since I am handicapped, this meant we had to always walk down the long hall to exit the motel. We won’t be back.

When we checked in and unloaded the car and took luggage to room, the door could not be unlocked. There were no other rooms. Had to go to another hotel, so I cannot rate the stay. The concierge however was very quick at finding another hotel. It was not his fault. He was told the lock had been fixed which it as not.

Unfortunately their hot tub is out of service for a few months... This is a staple we require on road trips after sitting for long periods of time. After freshening up we noticed the shower had hair that was not ours...

My husband and I came to Bentonville to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. We specifically picked this hotel because of the hot tub next to the pool. After the 3 hour long drive to get there I was just ready to get in the Hot tub only to find out that it was out of service. How hard is it to put that on your website that it is out of service? The hostess at the front desk was rude! Then when getting to our room you could tell that dogs had been in the room. It STUNK!! But as a couple on a budget we didn't have a choice at this point. The next morning, breakfast was basically non existent. Plus the lady "working" on the breakfast was on her personal cell phone with it on speaker. (Does she not know what earbuds are?) Overall the stay was awful! I WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!

My biggest disappointment with this property was that they advertised free airport shuttle and did not deliver. Upon check-in we were told the airport shuttle was only for flight crew. Had we known that we would not have booked this hotel.

After hours of traveling, i was greeted with a smile from the desk clerk, he was amazing! Easy chexk in, room very clean, and bed comfortable!!

Room was nice but there was trash on the floor from the previous traveler. Loud street noise all night.

Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was boring and the cooked food was awful. The pool and rooms were quiet and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
