No complaints here. The location is great, near restaurants, the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is included, there is a pool. Parking is abundant and no charge. Ice machine is in the parking lot outside rooms with elevator.

The only 2 complaints I have…1. The beds in our room were so incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable. Mine felt like it was full of broken springs. My friend said she found a “hole” to sleep in on hers. I came home with an achy body for sure. 2. I was grateful for breakfast, but not everyone likes to have sausage. And not every day. Full breakfast should mean full breakfast. Otherwise, it’s not. Rest of the stay was great.

The beds are comfortable the staff is amazing! Very nicely priced. I am a single mom so price is important. I would definitely recommend it it's close to the beach, stores, restaraunts, and Knott's Berry Farm.I had my 6-year-old with me breakfast was wonderful. We had a really great vacation. I highly recommend it. We will stay here again and again.

We reserved a suite since we would be staying almost a week and it was much bigger than I expected it to be. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great way to save some money since we had the family to feed. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet and has plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. An overall great experience.

We stayed the weekend. Fresh waffles and eggs for breakfast. Room was clean. Not a noisy area. I'd stay again.

This BW had a foam mattress pad on the bed. It was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The other BW I've stayed at could learn from Los Alamitos.

The hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Ive now used the hotel over 4 times in 18 years while traveling for business and pleasure and can always count on them for anything I need. The hotel is fmaily friendyly, Also in a safe location with easy access to the freeway. A very good value for your money.

I stayed in room 107 which is directly next to the parking lot. The corners and crevices of the room were dirty, and the entire room looked as if it had not been updated for 25 years. Throughout the night I woke up multiple times to loud noises from the parking lot. I would not stay here if you are looking for a clean or quiet hotel room.

A great hotel in cozy quiet Los Alamitos. The hotel staff is kind and caring. There are plenty excellent restaurants within walking distance. If one is a runner or cyclist, the aqua duct trail is 5 minutes from the hotel and you can get your workout on in a tranquil environment.

Needed a place to stay to attend Thanksgiving- nothing great, but decent. Price ok. Breakfast better than we expected but adequate. We didn’t expect much. No outside area. Busy street Nowhere near by to walk. It was ok.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was satisfying. We've stayed there twice to visit family. it is perfect for us. We will stay there again. Parking is tight, but everyone seems to get their cars in.

I'm a reoccurring customer of this Best Western . I remember every year that I've stayed at this hotel, I've always made my reservation online and then payed when I got to the hotel the day of my stay . Well it wasn't the case this time they pre authorized my payment on my card so I thought they took my money. I got to the hotel and they were going to charge my card again after taking payment this upset me because they already took payment ...thank God this issued was fixed ...because I'm a faithful customer .
