I booked into the Kopanong Hotel for a Church Conference. The first thing that struck me, on arrival, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Throughout my stay, I was amazed at how proficient all the staff were. I use a four-wheel walker as an aid and at the slightest sign of stress, the staff were there to, assist. At meal times the staff were there to help me dish the food and take it to my table. The wheel-chair accommodation was great and I can truly say your hotel is wheelchair-friendly. Thank you to all the beautiful people who made my stay memorable.

The room was clean and well decorated.The receptionist was nice.He explain everything clearly.He send someone to help me to carry the bags.In the morning I had a nice breakfast the lady in kitchen she was also friendly.I enjoy my breakfast. When I check out everything went out smooth.The hotel is near the airport.I will stay there again

Excellent location – literally minutes away from the OR Tambo airport. There is a shuttle but it is difficult to locate it. Maybe some signage would help? Once we located it we were however in the hotel in about 5 minutes. The shuttle is quite efficient. The rooms are good sized but the bathrooms are small in comparison. The room was cleaned regularly. The coffee / tea amenities were good. The room I stayed in was however dated, needs updating of the rooms. The heater in my room did not work. I just hope it works during winter. On meals, Breakfast had a good spread on the buffet, very nice. It is the best meal of the day. Lunch and Dinner was also quite good though not as good in variety unless you use the ala carte menu. I did not use the restaurants much outside the meal times or the bar so I am not able to rate these for now. The 3 stars are largely due to the staff. Staff are generally slow, have a poor attitude and look like they have been forced to work. This was especially at the reception and in the dining. You really need friendlier staff at the reception! A good number of times staff paid more attention to speaking with their colleagues than serving guests. I would be in the middle of something with a staff member but another staff member comes to them speaking in their language and you have to wait. It happened to me too often for comfort. Never seen this anywhere else I’ve travelled. A few times they were also speaking across the room. We however met some lovely staff – a gentleman called Trust and a mature lady who was doing our eggs at breakfast, I forgot her name. Do not expect too much but it is an excellent location if having an early flight.

我上次入住這家酒店已經好幾年了--我很高興地說,這次我印象更深刻。。入住無縫。。(即使有25人一組)。周圍都是微笑...,我很快就坐高爾夫球車去房地產的610房間,在房地產酒店的Silverbirch區。房間有我所需要的一切-除了洗澡。。不確定在酒店哪個房型會滿足這個要求...,但我確信如果需要,接待處會能夠改變房型。個人來說-我的房間有室內保險箱,熨斗和熨衣板,平板電視。。一個吵鬧的空調(老式風格,牆式地平線,吹進房間)走進淋浴間,毛絨枕頭和亞麻布,免費WiFi,(這是當今時代必須的)酒店有所有客房。(銀,木和瓦盧住宿..充足的預算可供選擇)會議設施..酒店爲會議和活動設置了行業標準。健身房水療(芒瓦納尼) 幾家餐廳和餐館一個酒吧(在地面上通過房間鑰匙卡進入) 游泳池更多房間停車場(爲白天的會議訪客) 和酒店客人在您的房間前..現在...給我裏面的飛機呆子。。。酒店再合適不過了!。。個人覺得這麼近OR坦博Int機場的進近路徑和跑道,看到所有的飛機真的是一景。。。但是。。這還使得這737的A320的持續的無人機和更大的鳥..a380的b777的B787的等..觸摸..有點多的人認爲他們可能有寧靜可能象遺產可能建議。房間足夠安靜,我房間內幾乎沒有聽到任何飛機的聲音..但是當你冒險到更遠的地方..地面..噪音水平很幸運地很低..飛機即將着陸..(沒有起飛那麼吵)會議場地也可能受到較大飛機飛過來的噪音的影響注意OR坦博大部分流量在8PM之前到達,飛機最起飛的行程在跑道上,離酒店相反方向5公里處。。所以好好的晚上休息還是有保證的。機場和酒店之間免費班車,有雞蛋站和更多選擇在搖盤子。。早餐用餐區很大。。這應該能給人留下房地產酒店到底有多大的印象。離Eastrand商場也很近(給或拿另外5公里)總體...YES我還會再住這裏。。可能只是離早餐區比較近(有點)的房間,入住。。方便的位置-當然!很棒的住宿-一個響亮的是的!

很棒的酒店,價格優惠。在我探索冒險假期開始時參觀了。獨自一人在第1天,第2天。然後第3天與我的團隊和Walt我的導遊/導遊😊。這家酒店沒什麼不好說的。我推薦給任何想在航班😊後放鬆的人。
