陽光度假村銀湖(Sun Retreats Silver Lake)

Have been coming here for years as a seasonal guest. Everything was great until new management (Sun RV Resorts) bought the campground. We use to be treated like family and now we’re treated as a profit. New management is incredibly rude and customer service is nonexistent. Manager and his wife are unprofessional and disrespectful. The company has raised prices for rentals yet continue to take away services for (example: trash pickup) You are also forced to park your trailer and boats across the street and pay an additional rental fee for that parking, previous owners let you keep it on your lot and did not charge any additional fees. It is sad to see families who have been coming for years treated like absolute garbage. Sun RV Resorts is an embarrassment of a company and the worst thing to happen to this campground. Go to literally any other campground, there are a lot to choose.
