This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, however, there are a few improvements that would have made the stay better. Our room had a coffee machine but no kettle. You can get hot water from the coffee machine but it’s tainted with a coffee flavour. There is a drainage problem also as there is a disgusting smell in the bathroom. An unpleasant air freshener was used to mask the smell which made it worse I believe.

I had a single room - tiny, but adequate and very clean. Small balcony overlooks narrow street so can be noisy. Bathroom about as big as the bed-space. Rudimentary space for hanging clothes. However, this is a newly refurbished space, modern, great shower. My only gripe with my room was a missing safe (available in my travel companion's single room). Breakfast is continental, very adequate for the price. Housekeeping is friendly & thorough and (unlike most 3 star hotels in the UK) daily. Great WiFi (free), modern TV, fridge for drinks and AC all provided. Location couldn't be better. I'd recommend this hotel.

Room was good, we had 110 which was an accessible room(even though we didn’t need it) room had a small outside patio with no view, which was like sitting at the bottom of a lift shaft with rooms above. This is my only real complaint the room was super noisy. The echos in the evening/night from the ‘lift shaft’ when others had the windows open. The noise from the bar downstairs and being woken up several times a night from corridor conversations and toilets flushing and doors banging. Bring earplugs or be prepared for broken sleep.

Poor I stayed hear with my wife from 11/01/2024 to 15/01/2024. 1st it okay no plug socket for the kettle not a good selection of beverages, smelt dirty & looked aged, the worst and I think most importantly the security !! Around 3.30am on the 13/01/2024 we was woken by a loud bang we both woke up to see the door bust open and large person on the floor, startled my wife screamed the person got up and disappeared I phoned the reception and informed them what had happened, to which they replied we seen it on CCTV. That was it later in the morning after not being able to settle I went down to the reception and asked what was they going to do, the reply I got we will repair the door later in the day. We got no apologies what so ever. The staff just didn't seem bothered as if it happens get on with it. On return I complained to our holiday provider (LOVEHOLIDAYS) they were very quick to investigate and came back to us to say the hotel acknowledged the incident but but was a guest who fell through the door drunk, and that is that. I like to add LOVEHOLIDAYS was very helpful and offered us A £50 voucher. I think we should have been offered another room and at least the cost of the room refunded. So if you're considering a stay at this hotel just bear mind the incident we experienced. So it's a big NO NO from us to recommend the Queens Hotel, Benidorm. Lee & Elaine Hamilton

My friend and I have just stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It’s in a great position, very good location for seeing the old and the new parts of Benidorm. The rooms are fantastic and very very clean. The staff are very helpful. We met the owner when we first arrived, a really great guy. Made us very welcome. Jose on the reception was wonderful. Couldn’t do enough for us 😃. The was a great selection of food in the dining room, something for everyone. It has a lounge you can sit in. It has an open courtyard where you can smoke 😁. My friend and I spent a lot of time in there. It really is a wonderful place to stay. Go and enjoy. Me
