La experiencia fue maravillosa, la atención de MAURICIO y CRISTINA de 10,10 son super agradables, super resolutivos y muy cercanos. Se preocuparon por nosotros en todo momento, ya q el mismo día de la llegada tuvimos un accidente de tráfico y al llegar tarde al apartamento nos facilitaron todo. Hemos estado muy cómodos y tan agusto como en casa. Estuvimos en el estudio de la planta baja y teníamos justo al lado del balcón la piscina, una terraza enorme , camas muy cómodos y sofá cama comodísimo y baño muy grande. Todo perfecto y el personal de limpieza muy agradable. También está muy céntrico a todo, a tan solo 500m de la playa , con aparcamiento en el apartamento y con un Mercadona justo al lado. Sin lugar a duda volveremos😍👏

Una autentica estafa, poca empatía y humanidad, a menos de 24 horas de hacer la reserva me tuvimos un problema personal, ninguna facilidad para mover solo un dia, todo era cobrar mas o cobrar 77 euros de cancelación por la cara, quedarse una coche completa que no disfrutas dice mucho de ellos., cuando anulas con tiempo y les da tiempo de sobra a alquilárselo a otros porque había mas de una semana de antelación. Desde luego no se lo recomendaré a nadie, viajo mucho a benidorm y nunca he dado con gente así. Quedándose el dinero de la gente de gana pasta desde luego.

I tried to book 4 rooms for 13 of us aged 45-72, and disabilities among...family and friends from across the UK to meet up. The system let me book them, and then I was told to cancel them as they don't take groups.... why did the system allow me to select 4 rooms then !! We are hardly teenagers who will wreck the rooms we are grown adults. The system then had these as 6 nights minimum stay over the dates we cancelled, which they obviously changed as we booked less nights... Many of us have been to Benidorm many times and never had one issue at all. Thankfully, we have managed to book with a very helpful set of apartments.

Cannot fault this place spent 3 weeks here it was perfect the 2 staff on reception could not help enough with any problems the cleaning staff were spot on mercadonna supermarkets next door I will definitely book again next year thank-you too all at the apartment 😀

The apartment was spacious and clean with good cooking facilities. Whilst I didn’t use it there is a small pool that looks rather nice. The main issue was that there is not very good soundproofing and so you can hear other people fairly clearly when trying to sleep. Another thing to note was that there was no hand soap and only one toilet roll so will need to bring your own.

Magníficos apartamentos junto al Ayuntamiento y en el centro de Benidorm. Habitación de tamaño correcto. Cocina bien amueblada y con vajillas y cubiertos suficientes. Plancha para la ropa (todo un detalle) Aire acondicionado efectivo. Salón agradable aunque el sofá cama como sofá es incómodo, cosa que suele ser así en casi todos los sitios. Personal muy agradable y atento, desde el conserje Mauricio, la chica que le sustituye y hasta las chicas de la limpieza. Un 10 para todos ellos. Cambio de ropa de cama y toallas frecuente. Buena limpieza. Hay un pequeño parking gratuito que en ocasiones se llena y hay que buscar donde aparcar fuera. Tiene una zona de lavadoras y secadora de uso gratuito. De los muchos apartamentos donde he estado este sin duda es el mejor en calidad y precio. Pequeña piscina y zona de solárium.
