很棒的度假酒店,員工非常友好。會推薦這個度假酒店,接待處和酒吧/餐廳的工作人員在我們住宿期間非常樂於助人和友好。公寓新裝修,一塵不染。陽台沒有被忽略,公寓有設備齊全的廚房。找不到什麼可以抱怨的度假村。它的位置靠近海灘,附近有很多很不錯的餐館。找到他們離開度假村,從主入口走到海灘,然後右轉。如果你有機會,一定要留在這裏。

First impressions were really good. Reception staff, professional and helpful. We were a group of 8 ladies and were upgraded to 4 seaview rooms which was a nice. The rooms had 2 double beds, fridge, free air-conditioning and safe. The views of the sea were amazing. The hairdryer was awful, as would stop working after 30 seconds, and you'd have to wait a couple of minutes for it to start working. This made trying to dry your hair very time consuming. We did let Reception know, but they just said they all did that to stop them overheating. There are no tea drinking facilities in the room, but you can ask for a kettle at Reception and cups at the bar. A supermarket is directly across the road for milk or anything else you need. We were only here for 4 days, but on the evening of the 3rd, both me and my friend that I was sharing with, came down with D&V. We spent the rest of the holiday in bed being ill. We called down to Reception to let them know and they sent up some water and tea bags. Luckily, we both were well enough to fly home. We made Reception aware again before we left that out room would need to be deep cleaned before someone else goes in, so that the bug doesn't pass to the next guest. It really did surprise me that we both got so I'll as the hotel seemed so clean. We were having such a lovely holiday until then.

Very disappointed arriving at the “Palace”. The rooms are so dated and tired. We stayed in Room 211. The light switch for the toilet was cracked and we had to leave the light on throughout our stay as we didn’t want to mess with it and risk injury. Something as simple as this should be fixed by maintenance as a priority. The wooden panels in the sauna are in need of replacement, the steam room barely produced steam as there was a gap in door when it was closed, the hydrotherapy jets in the pool were useless as well!!! The whole place is in need of a revamp. Especially as we paid so much to stay there!! Waste of our hard earned money. We left feeling cheated.

This hotel was in a quiet part of Benalmadena over looking the sea. The views were spectacular. We were on the 6th floor not by choice, so if heights are not your thing, I would avoid a higher floor. Below the hotel is a promenade, together with a small rocky beach. They are more beaches further along with easy access together with bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket nearby, which provides things like water, wine, pastries and lots of other essentials. The level of cleanliness was very good throughout our stay, as it's quite a large hotel. The food was plentiful and of a good standard with something for every one. On occasions they were themed evenings, which was a nice change. The only fault that I found was the wine. Apart from that everything else was good. I believe that a better system is needed regarding sunbeds, so that holiday makers are not expected to queue from around 7.30 a.m. to acquire a shaded area for the children, as this sometimes led to arguments and disagreements. The adult pools were less of a problem, even though they were queues from early morning which was unnecessary, as there was plenty of beds available. The entertainment was geared towards the French speaking guests. I am not sure why that was, and it would have been nice to have something for other guests staying at the hotel. Although I am not sure who is responsible for that. Overall it was a good hotel, which catered very well for the children. We were a large group of adults together with children from 5 - 16 years.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was clean and tidy, there is a small balcony from which you can see the sea. The toilet and shower were clean. There was no kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning as soon as you wake up and that bothered us a bit. Large dining room, with the possibility to eat outside near the pool. The grass by the pool gives a good feeling. The breakfast buffet was rich with a large selection and everyone will find something to start the day. Dinner was good. Near the hotel there are options for a pleasant evening walk. Across the street there is a supermarket. A recommended hotel for those who come for a few days vacation in Costa del Sol.
