Em dezembro de 2022 ficamos hospedados no Village Savassi pela segunda vez. O hotel é bom, muitíssimo bem localizado, perto de tudo. Café da manhã satisfatório, tem aqueles itens básicos de todo hotel. Pessoal da limpeza, cozinha e a gerente Carol muito simpáticos. Porém observamos que lá não existe manutenção. A pia do nosso banheiro estava entupida ( apt 1004) e havia um vazamento pelo rabicho de uma das torneiras que pingava direto, enchendo o piso de água. O telefone tem mau contato, toda vez que precisamos usar tivemos que ficar tentando outras posições para ele dar linha. A chave da porta estava emperrando, agarrando, até o dia em que não abriu mais e ficamos de fora. Soubemos por uma funcionária que a maioria das fechaduras dos quartos está assim. O empregado responsável pelos reparos conseguiu desentupir a pia mas não sanou o vazamento. Os quartos são confortáveis e as camas bem macias. PORÉM, É COM PEZAR QUE DECIDIMOS NUNCA MAIS NOS HOSPEDAR LÁ, ENQUANTO O KLEBER, FUNCIONÁRIO NOTURNO DA RECEPÇÃO, CONTINUAR TRABALHANDO LÁ. DURANTE MEUS 65 ANOS DE IDADE, JÁ TENDO ME HOSPEDADO EM MAIS DE 60 HOTEIS E POUSADAS PELO BRASIL, NUNCA FUI TÃO MAL TRATADA COMO FUI POR ESTE CIDADÃO. TRATA-SE DE PESSOA TOTALMENTE DESEQUILIBRADA, SEM NENHUM PREPARO PARA TRABALHAR COM O PÚBLICO, SUA GROSSERIA ULTRAPASSA A DE UM CAVALO, ARROGANTE, AGRESSIVO, MAL EDUCADO E QUE NÃO RESPEITA OS IDOSOS. MINHA VONTADE FOI DE CHAMAR A POLÍCIA PARA VER SE CONSEGUIA FAZER PARÁ-LO COM A SEQUÊNCIA DE GRITOS E BRUTALIDADES. MESMO ESTANDO ERRADO, POIS NOS DEIXOU DO LADO DE FORA POR VÁRIOS MINUTOS, NA CHUVA, SEM ABRIR A GARAGEM, ME INSULTOU DESCONTROLADAMENTE A PONTO DE ACHAR QUE ELE IRIA ME BATER. ELE TEVE A ACINTE DE ME DIZER: ”SE A SENHORA NÃO ESTÁ SATISFEITA, PEGUE SUAS MALAS E VÁ EMBORA”, ENTRE OUTRAS AGRESSÕES. COM CERTEZA ELE DEVE SOFRER DE ALGUMA PATOLOGIA PSIQUIÁTRICA. NÃO SERVE JAMAIS PARA TRABALHAR COM O PÚBLICO, POIS NÃO SABE LIDAR COM EDUCAÇÃO, COM OS HOSPEDES, QUE ESTÃO PAGANDO CARO A HOSPEDAGEM. AINDA ESTOU PENSANDO EM ENTRAR COM UMA AÇÃO CONTRA O HOTEL, NO SENTIDO DE OBTER UMA RETRATAÇÃO PELO ASSÉDIO MORAL E OS MAUS TRATOS QUE RECEBEMOS POR PARTE DESTE BRUTAMONTES. EXISTE UMA CÂMERA NA RECEPÇÃO QUE GRAVOU TODA AGRESSÃO. SAÍMOS DE LÁ CHOCADOS. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM LÁ SE O EMPREGADO KLEBER AINDA FIZER PARTE DO QUADRO DE FUNCIONÁRIOS.

Old, dirty and run down accommodation! I will never ever again book a room in here in the future! I would not even stay complimentary. The staff was friendly, although English skills were poor and I don’t speak Portuguese. As I entered the room I could see all the dirt on the floor and especially in the corners and next to the walls. The bathroom was outdated and the glass doors were also not cleaned properly, as you could see lime residues all over. As I just arrived from Overseas I decided to have a nap though. I immediately saw all the red and/or brown stains on the duvet, because there was no sheet underneath, but just on top. I think there were not so many hotel experiences in my life, which were so disgusting like this. First I thought, that I will complain at the reception, but then it came to my mind, that the staff would not understand what I mean due to the language barrier. I threw the duvet out of the bed and covered myself with towels, which were not as dirty as the duvet. Actually I should have left the hotel immediately, which I did so only twice before in my life, but I had this one night only in Brasil and I was terrible tired. After a short rest I had a shower, but there was no shower gel in the bathroom, shampoo-and conditioner dispenser were empty. The toilet flush didn’t work properly either, for only a piece of toilet paper you had to flush many times to disappear. Honestly this was one of my worst hotel stays and I don’t want to undergo anything like that again!

Check-in foi rápido. O que me desagradou foi o fato do café da manhã ser em outro hotel e o valor não está incluído. Não gostei da cama. Banheiro é simples, não espere secador de cabelo, nem espelho de aumento, nem que a água esquente rapidamente. O quarto não tem vista. Sobre barulho em relação a rua não dava pra ouvir nada fiquei no 914 porém, outros hóspedes que suponho estarem bêbados ficaram conversando tão alto por muito tempo de madrugada próximo meu quarto que não consegui dormir. Tem uma penteadeira fofa. Tem mantinha no armário, o cheiro não é nada agradável só que senti frio e acabei usando. Tem frigobar e ar condicionado daqueles mais antigos. Pela localização, valeu a pena a experiência.

Fomos atendidos por Jéssica Dias, com muita educação e simpatia. Mostrou-se eficiente, clara na explicações, muito inteligente. O hotel Ibis está de parabéns por seu quadro de atendentes, inclusive as faxineiras que foram prestativas com atendimento marcado por simpatia e bom humor, infelizmente não sei seus nomes. Obrigado. Hotel muito bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes e cafeterias perto. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários ótimos, educados, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo funcionário Nelson na hora do check in, prestativo e eficiente. Minha única ressalva é o banheiro do quarto, muito pequeno, e a água do box não tinha vazão.
