The poor review is for 2 reasons. The 1st was the bed we stayed in a King and the right side of the bed had a huge divot and when laying on it the springs would poke you. We got in late and I went down at midnight to inform them. In the morning I went down to the desk to discuss my horrible night sleep and they were kind and apologized giving me 2 waters. I was informed the manager would be told as well as maintenance.
Then breakfast was cold, the potatoes, sausage, and eggs. So we chose to not eat.
When I checked out she apologized again and asked if I wanted any snacks. I explained that I didn’t but that I felt I shouldn’t have had to pay full price. Nothing was offered but snacks, and I just let her know that I was extremely disappointed with my stay, and the lack of options.
