Excellent hotel, very good hotel stay experience. Nice and helpful staffs, convenience location.

Buy the smallest room it's the best foe your money...overall kind of disappointed with what you get for your money but great location but not exciting rooms

Cleanliness was fine. For such an expensive hotel the check in service was very disappointing. We were told that our room wasn't ready eventhough we got to the check in desk well past the 3pm check in time. We were told to sit in the waiting area and someone would come give us our keys in 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes I went back to the front desk to see what was going on and our room was ready but they had clearly forgotten to come let us know.

Great free coffee in lobby, kid-friendly, big pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs in area. On-site breakfast buffet is over-priced so we walked to Woods coffee in mall (5 min. away).

It was my sisters birthday and chose this hotel near Daniel’s Broiler. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and was clean and upscale.

The Westin is always lovely. Unfortunately we are staying on a newly renovated floor. Visually stunning, but there was a very strong wood/dust smell. What I always love about Westin is the smell of the hotel lobby and rooms - they always smell so refreshing. This time, it smelled badly in the room. But overall, still a good stay.

The Hotel system went down from 2pm-6pm on Saturday 7/29/23. We got there at 2:30pm they didn’t get us checked in until around 6pm. We had to leave to go get our shopping done at the Tulalip Outlet mall before it closes. They said they will call us when the system comes back up, but they didn’t call. My wife had to call them, they said their system just came back up at 6pm. We told them we won’t be there until about midnight because we have other events to attend. We got back at midnight and got checked into our room. Our plans got changed because we couldn’t check in at the check in time. We’ve stayed at this hotel more than 30times in the past 6years, this was the first time we experienced a check-in problem due to their system failure. Other than that it is a great hotel in a great location.
