說實話，門麪和大堂好一些，房間很一般，房間桌子上放一堆沒有營養的東西，價格也不便宜，200多歐元，房間水都沒有，衹有睡覺前牀頭兩瓶很小的水，差不多幾口就沒有了。就是你入住時候沒有一瓶水喝，睡覺才給你水。房間洗漱用品是愛馬仕，很多人就看了被吸引到了，房間看出去什麼也沒有的，前台打電話一點用沒有，然後桑拿浴室全部關了，一個都沒開。桑拿那邊服務員不會英文，弄了半天說是關掉的。整個住下來真的不怎麼樣！！！

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, με όλες τις ανέσεις των 5 αστέρων. Το πρωινό υπερ-πλούσιο, κάλυπτε κάθε γούστο, πχ είχε αν μέτρησα σωστά τουλάχιστον 5 διαφορετικά είδη ψησίματος αυγών. Ευχαρίστως θα μείνω ξανά.

衞生：特別乾淨，比起歐洲其他同等價位的酒店簡直無敵了。大廳的氛圍感太喜歡。 服務：服務貼心人性化。整個酒店的工作人員都特別友善，住了一個多星期，去的第一天因為房間一點小問題就立馬給我們換了個房間。還給我們送甜品飲料，連續幾天都送。週五晚上還有駐唱歌手錶演。贊👍 設施：離市中心很近，步行就可以到達。

Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό αποτελεί παράδειγμα για το πως πρέπει να λειτουργούν τα 5άστερα ξενοδοχεία. Οι παροχές για τους πελάτες είναι απόλυτα συμβατές με αυτό που περιμένει κάποιος που ταξιδεύει συνέχεια. Για αρχή το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε εξαιρετικό σημείο. Δίπλα στον Ε75 και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Άμεση πρόσβαση δηλαδή στον αυτοκινητόδρομο (γλυτώνετε από την κίνηση του κέντρου του Βελιγραδίου) και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (2-2,5 χλμ) αν έχετε χρόνο για βόλτα η ένα καλό εστιατόριο. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα , άνετα και κυρίως καθαρά. Το προσωπικό ευγενές και εξυπηρετικό. Το γυμναστήριο ανοιχτό 24ωρο. Τι άλλο να ζητήσεις?

Location exceptional, All reception hosts they were incredibly friendly, really appreciate they helped me book the taxi and they came with me to make sure I get in the right taxi. Theirs is no noises during the nights, really good rooms and good curtains so light couldn’t portrdude in the room. I honestly really recommend this suites.

This is not a serious business. The phone number provided on their website gives ”the number is nonexistent,” and they didn't reply to several emails. We tried to call them to inform them that we were running late, but there was no way to contact them. Since we arrived just after 11 PM, the door was closed, so we ended up sitting outside in the park for the rest of the night since everything around was fully booked. Moreover, the elevator going to the sixth floor was not working. I went to the sixth floor, but the elevator door would not open, and it automatically returned to the first floor. It was a scary moment. I ended up having to walk up to the sixth floor to see if there was somebody available to help us out, but to no avail. The whole building inside smelled bad so I assume there is a same smell inside the rooms. Avoid this place.

The hotel location and breakfast are fantasy. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room and hotel spotless. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were very service oriented too. The hotel offers welcome water bottles, a mini fridge, a safe, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of cupboard space to store everything. They also offer excellent airport pickup service which is helpful when you arrive after a long journey. The only downside was the service at the front desk is hit or miss. When I inquired about the Nikola Tesla museum, they advised that I check it online by myself - not exactly the advice I was looking for and I had to again prompt them to confirm if I needed a booking for the English tour. But they weren’t exactly willing to call the museum or find me the right answer. I later discovered via my walking tour, the exact details I needed. If you expect tourists, tourist information and helpful service are essential. Another example was the day before checkout, I asked about taxis to the airport, a wake up call and breakfast ( only fruit and a bottle of water was all I wanted). They told me I can pay Euros for the taxi (not possible), wake up call was late and breakfast didn’t have water- all small details but points that seemed to occur every day of my stay. Other than the minor improvements needed, this hotel is worthwhile.

我們非常喜歡我們的貝爾格萊德之行，這家酒店是一個主要原因。它位於市中心，距離很多主要景點、許多咖啡館、餐館和購物中心都很近，而且貝爾格萊德徒步旅行集會正好在街對麪的共和國廣場上舉行。酒店非常乾淨，很有吸引力，很舒適，員工很優秀，樂於服務顧客。對於這裏的員工來說，沒有任何問題或要求會讓他們覺得過分。他們會想盡辦法幫助外國旅客，並給出一些好的建議。此外，Credo餐廳&酒吧也很不錯。自助早餐非常棒，酒吧非常舒適。餐廳和酒吧間的窗子可以看到共和國廣場的美景，非常適合人們觀賞。

酒店位置離共和國廣場不用十分鐘，樓下有網紅的咖啡店和披薩店，周邊環境不錯，衹是因為廣場在修整，車輛不能直達樓下，公寓在四樓，可以一覽周邊的景觀，很是愜意。找房子是費了些時間，因為先去了一間22號的，斜對麪才是22A。店主也很nice，幫忙叫車送機場。

如果是商務出差千萬不要訂這個，這個公寓就是私人改造然後出租的。位於樓棟底部的半沉式地下室。整個樓棟的8號進口沒有找到任何該公寓酒店的標誌。由於自己的航班是半夜落地估計到賓館也是第二天了，所以已經通過攜程把頭一天的房費還有後麪住的房費全部提前付了。可是，半夜一點多到了攜程顯示的地址，無法找到任何賓館的標識，賓館和攜程也沒有提前聯繫，導致自己在寒風凜冽中等了快一個小時後終於聯繫上了房東本人。當看到在地下室的時候差一點兒崩潰，不過已經後半夜了也沒有選擇。一方面覺得被攜程騙了，一方面又對這種私人公寓的安全不放心，在驚恐和不安中總算熬到了回國。這個酒店的外觀和攜程網上顯示的嚴重不符！
