房間比較大，乾淨，房間有窗户臨街，可以看到共和國廣場！

房間説是4鑽丶1鑽也不值，設施太陳舊。門頭和網上的也不一樣

首先，一進入酒店一樓，就被那臟兮兮的環境和戰損風的牆壁和氣味震驚到了。充滿煩躁的擠進最多裝三個人的電梯來五樓到大堂，辦好入住後來到房間又被噁心到，因為房間超級超級小，根本活動不來稍微挪一下床就打不開大門了。而且房間是強制改裝的，廁所門都露着縫，合不上，沒有鎖。宣傳畫都是AI調色，完全不真實，好久都沒住過這麼垃圾的酒店了。所以他這個“五點酒店”是指乘客住到五點就再也忍不住就退房的意思嗎？

位置很好, 但大厦設施較殘舊, 衛生是問題, 但工作人員算是比較 helpful, 還有Wifi 訊號太穩定, 整體算是合格吧

酒店門口非常難找，半夜機場打的衹送到廣場對面的路邊，要自己提着行李穿過廣場，在一個不起眼的角落裡進去，首先是一個有台階的鋪了很臟地毯，行李衹能手提上去。 接着是一個很舊的電梯，衹能容納兩個人，沒有任何提示去幾樓辦理房卡，隨機選了一個 5 樓就到了。 前台人員非常隨意幫忙登記了，沒酒店沒有 Wi-Fi。給了一張房卡，上面有一串數字可以開樓下的門禁。走廊和房間的地毯感覺包漿了，還有很大一股味道。 房間沒有洗漱用品，拖鞋牙刷牙膏都沒有，下水道不通水，沒有免費礦泉水，一大早外面就有施工，吵的無法入睡

房間性價比很高，房間很大且很乾凈，床很舒服，衞生間很大且很乾凈。唯一的缺點是 WiFi 非常爛，經常斷網，介意 WiFi 的話謹慎預訂

最噁心的酒店！兩個白女服務員拿毛巾收10歐，我詢問政策後，又跑掉，就想欺負中國人，很噁心！！避雷！！還丟我的行李，我有錄像和視頻！！可以達到報警的程度。

位置優越，門口就是共和國廣場。打車方便。房間面積大，床鋪舒服。去的時候裝修有十分鐘左右，然後估計有人安排了，就沒有裝修的聲音了。

房間可以，給我安排的房子視野很好，可以直接看到廣場。前台很有耐心回答我如何到大巴車站，並協助我開通當地電話卡。 總體滿意

非常不滿意 兩次問前台都説24小時有人在 如果需要幫訂車 提前五分鐘説一聲就行。結果我們凌晨四點退房 前台無人 按了半天鈴無人應答 當時極度緊張 怕誤飛機 這是什麼服務？

超級滿意，給父母定了兩晚，房間很大很乾凈，工作人員服務態度也很好，下樓就是最市中心的位置，交通方便也很安全，酒店在電梯五樓，標註的不是很清楚，我們找了好幾遍😅除此之外完美，價格也很划算

訂房間的時候看了是四星才訂的。 checkin的時候，問前台早餐幾點，沒有回答我沒有就可以了，陰陽怪氣回：我們是四星的房間，不是四星的酒店。 fine，這金句。 不打一星都對不起這個垃圾評星。

我們訂的三人房，面積非常大，酒店就在共和國廣場國家博物館隔壁市中心，非常便利，衞生環境服務都不錯，唯一遺憾的是雖然衞生間是乾濕分離的，但是密封不好，洗澡水會流到馬桶旁邊

塞爾維亞免簽後國人旅行此地的人數明顯增多。酒店地理位置優越前台工作人員服務周到熱情。有問必答有事就幫。推薦👍
