Arrivati dopo avere prenotato una tripla con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo ci hanno presentato una stanza con tre lettini ed un solo comodino e quando l abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno detto che non c’era altro!stanza molto piccola.pulita ma con cattivo odore. Ottimi gli asciugamani ma i letti con materassi a molle molto sfruttati… No frigo in stanza.no ascensore,no aria condizionata. Colazione molto scarsa. Non c’era pane solo bread toast.se chiedi un cappuccino è considerato un extra!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful rooms, big pillows and a fabulous shower. Had a meal in the restaurant which was delicious. Followed by a few drinks in the bar. Lots of places to sit, outside heaters and lots of lighting. Had a very restful night, and a lovely breakfast. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Thank you to Elaine for showing me the ballroom and for the wealth of Information about places to go shopping.

Der Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, Frühstück und denn Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Essen.. Sehr empfehlen Wert. Der Personal sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insbesondere Sophie an der Rezeption in sie sehr professionell und hilfsbereit agiert hat. Ein großen Dank dafür.

We recently held our schools 50th anniversary gala ball at the balmoral. Staff where fantastic and could not do enough to help our event run smoothly. Food was 10/10 to match their hospitality. Also great to see soo many past pupils working here. Thanks again everyone!

The hotel is very quite, clean and conveniently located to get into downtown Belfast very quickly. I ate in their restaurant and enjoyed a happy hour in their pub and both were enjoyable The best thing about Balmoral is the friendly and helpful front desk clerk, Fiona. She always greets you with a big smile and, if you had any questions or any issue, she was quick with an exemplary response. They are lucky to have her employed there! I have been using the Balmoral Hotel regularly this year for business meetings with clients. The staff are exceptional, it feels like family hotel where they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The event spaces are perfect, always run seamlessly with attentive staff on hand. Food is very good and reasonably priced. I've got to know some of the staff by name, Orlaith, Briege, Elaine, Daniel and Damian. Highly recommend The Balmoral, customer service is second to none from start to finish.
