Candlewood Suites Aberdeen-Bel Air

The hotel charges for everything. Very old and dark. Not well kept. The rooms are dirty. Lady who works the front desk during day is rude. Its like a half way house.

The refrigerator wasn't running. I wiped down all surfaces and items people would touch because you could see the build up of grime. The elevator looked like it was not wiped down either.

It’s not like a normal hotel where they clean your room in the morning. You have to request the room the be cleaned for a fee. My sheets were stained with something red and so was the pillow case too. The front desk told me they clean the room one a week.

The staff is always polite and accomadating. The hotel is clean and the pricing is reasonable.

Great place. Will refer people to it. Would be nicer with a bit better clean and some more upkeep. Bed was very comfortable. Best part of the stay was the bed.

It was okay for a overnight trip to the area. Lived the dove soap in the bathroom.

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Quite clean and new.

The only unpleasant thing was the cockroaches, I had to kill three and in the elevator there was a slightly unpleasant smell, but the room was comfortable and the place was quiet.

The hotel was decent on cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, it's an extended stay and our neighbor was a night owl. They watched TV loudly and cooked and banged pots and pans around all night.
