真的很高興我住在斯摩維爾。所有工作人員隨時提供優質的服務。房間非常寬敞,很乾淨。喜歡房間內的觸摸屏設施和大量的照明。陽台很大(風刮起來有點灰塵),可以看到令人驚歎的城市景色。早餐一般,但他們提供非乳製品牛奶,所以我很開心!!Wifi連接時很好,但每天都斷開連接。肯定會再次入住這裏!!

This definitely is not a 5-star hotel, and well below the standards one would expect of a luxury hotel. The hotel is in need of refurbishment - the lifts are tiny (and shudder), and the rooms - whilst reasonably sized - are worn, with stains on the carpet and the upholstery. The bathrooms are small and poky, with dated fixtures. About the only thing that made it upscale were the Lanvin toiletries. There's not even a coffee machine in the room - only instant coffee is available. During the four nights I stayed, I was offered a turndown service only once (the other 3 nights I was out, so I don't know why they didn't just come in and do the turndown?). So the rooms are very much of a low grade. The pool and gym are in the basement. The gym is small, with very dated machines - neither the treadmill nor the elliptical machine worked at all. The cleaning staff were friendly. I never saw the front desk staff except upon arrival and departure, as they are hidden by a big pillar and work behind a plastic screen - it's not friendly or inviting. The security guard was mostly hunched over his mobile phone. So you feel quite ignored as you come and go. The location, however, is great - so close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants, and in a really lovely part of town. All in all, a disappointing Sofitel experience - far more in line with staying in a Ibis. Very expensive for what I got. I wouldn't stay again. And as for all of the other 5 star reviews...you will note that they're all by one- or two-time contributors, so I really question the authenticity. When you find a reviewer who has more than two reviews to their name, you'll see they also gave the Sofitel a low grade.

Staying at Hilton Habtoor was awseome, we stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in the Royal Suit room on the 28th floor. The room was very clean and the views were stunning, the staff members were very friendly, Sara was super kind she helpful she helped us find the right room for US and the room turned out to be perfect. All the staff members were very kind and super friendly, the room service was 24/7. The breakfast was very good, Authentic lebanese breakfast with high quality ingredients and amazing views on the 31st floor, I really recommend it even if you are not staying at the Hotel if you go there ask for Anwar. The valet parking was very convenient and for only 10$ per night. If you are ever in Beirut I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Habtoor.

我覺得就像在大都會的一家人。非常漂亮的酒店,優雅,乾淨,房間很大。早餐很棒,工作人員很親切。接待處有丹尼、埃米爾和裏馬,他們總是微笑着,解決所有你可能遇到的問題。他們對大家太好了,我一定會回來的,因爲治療保留了♥️♥️♥️。

They mention they have non-smoking rooms. They do not. My main issue is the hygiene in this hotel (not bed sheet or towel hygiene but air hygiene) + enjoyment - The smell of cigarette smoke is everyone. I do not smoke but the second hand smoke is everywhere. in the carpet, in the curtains, in the air. - The ACs are badly maintained, they spatter black dust + they are super loud. - The customer service is really bad and they not customer friendly. Very rigid in their services. The location is nice though but defo not a 4 star hotel. Really, don't stay there, there are similar hotel around way cleaner, way friendly and way better customer service (+ better maintained) around. Also same price.

我很高興在賽菲套房住了近三個星期,準備在貝魯特舉行醫療會議。這家酒店真的很棒。房間很乾淨,非常寬敞,設備齊全,也很安靜。WiFi快速且一致(貝魯特少見!)。客房清潔工作已達到高標準。我有時訂購客房服務,食物非常美味,價格合理。酒店地理位置優越,如果像我一樣,你更喜歡步行,就在貝魯特市中心幾分鐘之內,而且離扎圖奈灣、哈姆拉等地只有一點點遠,機場也只有15-minute的車程。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人,在我第一次訪問時回答了我關於如何繞過城市的各種問題。特別是接待處工作的男女員工真的很棒。總之,我很樂意推薦賽菲套房,很高興再次入住
