비지니스 호텔로 이용하기 좋은 홀리데이 인 호텔입니다. 출장 중 이용하게 되었는데 출장 간 완벽한 하루를 보낼 수 있게 되었습니다. 숙박 시 훌륭한 서비스 감사드립니다. 잘 이용하다가 떠납니다.

A little disappointed as the pictures of the room showed a jacuzzi tub in the room and there wasn’t one. Other than that, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pleasant stay for a 1night

Première soirée: lorsque nous sommes arrivée en soirée pour retourner dans notre chambre par la porte avant, une personne cognait dans la porte vitrée d'en arrière pour qu'on lui ouvre car il n'avait pas de carte. Nous avons rencontrer un sherif dans le corridor et il m'a demandé si l'homme ressemblait à sa description. Il était à sa recherche et par chance que nous n'avons pas ouvert la porte. Deuxième nuit: les voisins de chambre faisaient un happyhour dans la leur chambre et faisaient beaucoup de bruit. Nous sommes sorti souper au restaurant et à notre retour ils faisaient encore beaucoup de bruit. J'ai appelé la réception à minuit et quart. Elle a appellé la chambre voisine. Ils ont continuer à parler très fort, on entendait très bien les conversations. J'ai rappeler une deuxième fois la réception mais en vain. Ils ont fait du bruit jusqu'à 2h30am.... Bref, l'expérience global n'est pas un succès.

Spent one night as a stop before visiting lake placid. Price was good, beds were comfortable, and the room bathrooms were up to date and clean. Overall the rooms and hotel are outdated. Pool was dirty but warm and the hot tub was decent. Breakfast was ok but the food options were pretty sparse.

J'avais une chambre. Et enfi il n'y a plus de bars feravec déjeuner inclus. 1er matin il y avais un déjeuner moi j'ai pas aime. Les oeufs ne goûtait rien et la saucisse était raide et avait un drole de goût. . Ensuite le lendemain pas de déjeuners car manque d'employés on a dû s'arranger avec se qui3y avait..

The front desk staff at this hotel is the most unfriendly and unaccommodating I have ever experienced. The hotel itself is old and beat up. Breakfast attendant sat in her chair the entire time-no greeting guests or interacting with them. She had her face in her phone the entire time. Beds were comfortable

Facility is pretty worn out, albeit fairly clean. Carpet is wavy and bubbling in the hallways and rooms. And the sleeping situation was TERRIBLE. The bed was sagging worn out, and the pillows were lumpy. Not staying here again.
