Si , muy limpio , pero para ser Chateau Relaix pienso debería tener más servicios y comodidades , El desayuno por ejemplo no tienen lugar para tomarlo , o en la habitación q es pequeña y si tienes mucho equipaje de un largo viaje , no hay lugar y sino en una mesita ratona en el pequeño lobby, El nivel del desayuno muy buen nivel pero muy escaso ni tostadas había , todo ello fue suplido por la amabilidad de la recepcionista q trato con esmero superar los faltantes

Pretend to care. At least train the staff. What an overpriced experience, the joke is on me. Who is in charge? They couldn’t have been less helpful in every way. The room was so loud. If I had not have paid so much I would be more generous. No one told me there was a hot breakfast until I was leaving.

We came on a Monday night so truly got the amazing one on one service. Warren from the moment we checked in, to finding the football game on in our room- after turning on our fireplace and bringing us wine… can’t say enough about how great he treated us!

Good place, but it just closed indefinitely. Doesn’t look like it will reopen with any new owners for a long time. Was a great place to be but perhaps the continued turnover just keeps happening. Too bad.

I was weary to stay here because the reviews made it seem mediocre. However, my husband and I decided to spend our anniversary here. We found the Inn lovely. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Zach at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again. My only semi issue was the service at The Barn was quite slow, but what restaurant isn’t post-2020. Food was great. All and all a nice night away.

My wife and I just spent a couple of days here. Staff was excellent, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful I would definitely come back and stay at the Bedford Post Inn

Booked by my travel agent Virgi at Luxvoyage and professionally attended by zak, Lukas, Warren and Robert to a great family get together in a beautiful setting. We booked 4 large rooms that were all tastefully furnished with a balcony . The breakfast was different and loved by all. Yes, it is expensive but worth it for us. We will definitely be back there again.

DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY HERE. This restaurant is run by three 19 year girls. When we made the reservation we were told there was two seatings 5:15pm and 8pm. We picked 5:15 as we were traveling to see each other from all over. We arrived at 5:15 to empty restaurant. We were told by the hostesses (3 of them) that they would not seat us until the entire part was here. We asked why as we were willing to order drinks and appetizers while we waited and the place was empty. They told us that there was another reservation at 7:30 and we only had the table for two hours. That answer did not make sense to me either and by that time our missing friend had arrived. We were seated. The waiter was very nice but the food was not great and one dish was so bad we had to send it back. We also felt a bit rushed. They kept trying to clear our plates that still had food on them. We ordered desert and coffee and then paid the bill which they left on the table before we were done with our deserts. They also did not offer anymore coffee. We were finishing our conversation and at 7:45pm we were told that we had to leave our table as people where waiting for it. There was an empty table for 4 near us. I have never been asked to leave a table. This is a Michelin star restaurant right? We asked the hostess if we could speak to the manager to voice our shock at being asked to leave as that has never happened before and we were told she off and there was no one to talk to but them. When we started to complain they told us they are only 19 and following the rules. How can this restaurant allow such young people to be in charge especially since they don’t have the experience to run a restaurant. They need more than one manager and the hostess need training if they are going to be managers.

A Beautiful room but thats it. Welcome was guy on the computer telling me to wait. He then showed us around and apologised profusely for the state of the lounge and proceeded to do nothing about it for 4 hours. Breakfast was undercooked frittata and breadbasket was 1 scone and an undercooked confection. We had one of our party with allergies for dairy and eggs and absolutely no attempt to find a substitute was made. The restaurant and the hotel are now completely separately owned. Overall the place is beautiful but the staff make it not worth the expense
