瑪託珀旅館(Matoppo Inn)

Das Zimmer hatte keine richtige Entlüftung und kein richtiges Fenster. Das vorhandene „Fenster“ öffnete unmittelbar zum überdachten Lounge/Barbereich des Hotels. Im übrigen war das Zimmer das am lieblosesten eingerichtete Zimmer meiner Reise. Die Aircondition funktionierte nicht. Meine Beschwerde und mein Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wurden an der Rezeption unfreundlich abgewiesen. Das sei das Zimmer, das ich gebucht und ja schon bezahlt hätte. Also: Vorsicht bei der Buchung wegen der ggf. falschen Zimmerbeschreibung. ( Sowas geht eigentlich gar nicht!)

Very overpriced (R1,500 pn) for disintegrating establishment. Web site photos must be years old as in reality nothing like the photos. Swimming pool!!!! Non existent. Beds awful and in need of replacement. No overal mintenance whatsoever. This is definitely NOT worthy of a 4 star grading.

Absolutely gem in the Karoo - welcomed with huge smiles and friendly staff throughout my stay. I will recommend this place to anyone. Food are prepared with love and rooms are in excellent condition. Thank you very much for an amazing stay. I will definitely return for a longer stay.

hi... I was welcomed by a very warm reception. You really can't fault the service or the rooms. It's easy to recommend Matoppo Inn. Maybe add an easy breakfast - bacon and eggs with some coffee or tea would be a good add on, specially when you are travelling.

Room was large with a full bathroom. Perfect for overnight. Situated between Three Sisters and Richmond. The farm animals were a treat. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. Honesty bar with cold drinks.

Matoppo Inn is an exceptional guest house in the middle of the Karoo. They have professional, efficient and fiendly staff members. We had a hearty welcome at 19:00, stayed in a comfortable room and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We can recommend Matoppo Inn to anyone who visits Beaufort West !

This was our first time staying at Matoppo Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was excellent with evertything we needed and the bed was comfy, we had a good night's rest. Check-in was super fast and effective. We would most definately recommend Matoppo In to our friends

Rooms were beautiful decorated. Very comfortable with air conditioner and warm electric blankets. The food was a set menu, so no choice on the menu. Although the food was wonderful we never received the pudding that was mentioned on the menu. We were very disappointed as it was very pricy !

I always look forward to my stay at Matoppo in, the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. I also love the fact that they already know which room I like which is a bonus especially if we are a big group coming in. I look forward to many more stays at Matoppo
