I recently stayed for a night at the Death Valley Inn, my first time staying at this motel. It's right along Highway 95 but I didn't find it to be noisy. It's a fairly large place, with a very nice lobby area. When I arrived there were several friendly burros outside - I got the impression that this is a regular occurrence. I was given a room on the second floor - it was a large room with a separate vanity area and bath with tub/shower, small refrigerator with freezer compar**ent, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board, table and chairs, and a desk and chair. The bed was firm, which is good for me, and there was an extra blanket available (though I didn't need it). The heat worked well and was quiet. There was a mid-size TV with good channel selection, and very fast wifi. The room was clean and both the room and grounds were well maintained. Coffee and cold breakfast items were available next to lobby, though the breakfast service only started at 7am, and I was already gone by that time on this occasion. Overall a very pleasant stay, and the Death Valley Inn was certainly a nicer place than others where I've stayed before in Beatty, so I'm sure I'll stay there again the next time I'm in town.
