ronnie at the front desk was the absolute best host i have ever had! was so warming and welcoming and gave some really good pointers to do downtown!

Overall - the stay was fine. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices and so was the coffee. A couple of things that I didn't like - the bedside lights only work if the overhead light is on - can't turn it off by the bed. The pillows were terrible - I actually had to go buy a pillow. I asked for a firmer pillow at reception and the firmer ones were what I already had, and not firm. And lastly, no soap in the bathroom - hand wash on the sink and body wash in the shower. I like soap in the shower - so I bought that too. Overall it was a decent room at a decent price, but just a couple of little things that kept it from being truly comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and the quality of the facility has really gone down. The bathroom door in our room appeared to have been warped, or maybe it was the floor, but the door was very difficult to close. The pool and the hot tub area were very dirty and look like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. The fans in the pool area were full of dirt and dust and the handicap lift to assist people into the pool was rusted and had loose wiring. I would be hesitant to use the lift for one of my family members. The front desk associates were very nice and our check in was prompt and professional. We really like the location of this hotel and probably would give it a try again next year for our annual ski trip. Hopefully they will have cleaned things up a bit.

We loved our stay here. It was convenient to where we wanted to go and very clean. The only thing that we would say needed improvement was the parking. Pretty tight parking lot and scarce for parking sometimes. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Check in was a breeze! Our room was spot on and just what we were looking for!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The personal balcony was a nice feature. You can get a decent view of the area depending on what floor your room is on. The pool area was fairly dirty. The parking lot is very cramped.

Great location for visiting Boyne mountain, the Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski/snowboarding resorts. Exactly in the middle of the Boyne resorts.

Room was bigger than expected. Personally enjoyed Petoskey. If youre planning for Boyne mountains and Highlands for some snow activites, this is the best place as it is less than a 20 minute drive from both locations.
