棕色霍金斯歷史公寓飯店(Brown & Hawkins Historical Apartments)

Property itself was great, self contained and centrally located, issues arose around the heaters not working, particularly in the bathroom, we stayed in room 8 at the back of the property located next to the rear stairs, neighbours across the way continually coming and going at all hours of the day and night and using the washing machine. Great to have an onsite washing machine and dryer.

It was so clean and quaint!! Like a step back in history.... we will absolutely stay again.

The hotel was so run down. The walls were incredibly thin. When someone moved in another apar**ent, we heard it and were woken up by it.

This is in a great location within a few minutes walk of the Sealife Centre and all the shops on 4th Ave. Unfortunately, Apar**ent 6 is misrepresented in the Orbitz description, which states it has a queen-size bed. The bed was a full-size, which is much too small for my husband and me to sleep in, so I was relegated to the click-clack sofa which was uncomfortable, resulting in a sore back for me for several days. The full bed was also very noisy when my husband changed position in the night. Adding to the noise was the rain pounding on the roof all night, and a heating/cooling unit or something on the adjacent roof. However, there was no traffic noise or people noise.

Room was very clean. There is a convenient washer and dryer in the building that we found very helpful after hiking several days. Back stairs are a bit scary.

It was a cool historical building and the studio room was clean, but the bed was way to soft and noisy.

Old run down no tissues in bathroom. Living room didn’t even have a pace to sit with the TV, just a futon, just not very nice

Funky old apar**ent style accommodations. There was lots of room and the bed was comfortable.

Not what we expected exept location.
