I asked for top floor room so that I could have a quiet room. ROOM VERY NOISY. You can hear people talking through the walls. There was a vibrating sound on the wall that went off and on throughout the night. Could hear the people showering next room. Cooling/heating unit is noisy, had to shut off. Very bad stay, glad I only paid for one night. Will never stay at this hotel again; is truly a three-star hotel or less.

Rude, inconsiderate, and inexperienced staff at front desk. Wanted me to contact ******* at 2am for a problem caused by their own front desk staff. Clueless when asked to handle a noise complaint and started calling random rooms and waking them up to find out if the truck making noise outside was theirs... again at 2am. They never did solve that problem either. Also, garbage trucks are super noisy in the morning, and the walls are paper thin. You can hear upstairs, downstairs, toilets flushing, showers running, kids through the walls. Would not recommend staying at again and would rather stay on the noisy LV ***** than out at this location -- honestly it would be quieter.

The furniture in the room was filthy. Room #431. Tressa at the front desk was awesome. She sent the manager up the next day to re-clean the room. However the problem was the furniture. We payed good money to have a suite and to not even being able to seat on the furniture was very upsetting. It was hard to be in a hotel for 6 days and our only option was to sit on the bed. Hotel was sold out due to the Rodeo. Switching rooms was not an option. Nor did I feel it would have made a difference. Very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. I can’t imagine what the carpet was like. Never took my shoes off. Was visiting family and was not even comfortable asking them to the room.

we’ve stayed with best, Westerns many times, including this exact location, and this time I was so disappointed. We had booked two nights there, and when we were in our room, we found that one of the TVs,did not work, which was the one in the bedroom that I watch at night to fall asleep, and the air-conditioning/ heating did not work. We called Tina and Emy need to have the TV fixed and after an attempt, the gentleman who came up reported to us that that TV had been broken all week and that they had no replacement TVs and they were no rooms that we could change into and there was nothing that I could do the next morning because I can’t sleep without a TV. We decided to check out early and I was told that because I had paid through ******* I could not get a refund and the fact that I was very disappointed with the service did not really matter. We thought we might have breakfast on the way out since we left at 8 AM and there was absolutely no place to sit in the kitchen area. Ha ha I’m so sad to see this nice best western in such poor condition with such poor customer service.

My stay was ok, the staff is pleasant. Breakfast is good if you are there early enough to enjoy it. You can hear a lot going on with neighbors and in the hallways. At midnight, my neighbor tried to open my door, so that ruined my night of sleep.

After a ten hour drive with three kids and prepaying for our room our room ahead of time, our room was given to another customer before we arrived. Only one person was working the front desk at check-in time. Our phone rang twice in the middle of the night and our alarm went off at 5:00.

Bathroom sink drain stopper was loose in the drain hole. Lifted straight up only to reveal a filthy/crud covered stopper. Totally unsanitary. Minimum use of the bathroom after that. too much mechanical noise at night? Unsure of source. Will not stay there again.

The hotel messed everything up so bad, there isn't enough space on her to type everything in. This was an absolutely horrific experience with a dump of a hotel. I WILL NEVER stay at Best Western again. The incompetency was just next level.

The sick drained very slow. Refrigerator was somewhat cold. The furnace made very loud sounds. Room could be more updated and cleaner. Breakfast wasn’t appealing something for 2 days.

The mattress was uncomfortable and old, same as the hard pillows. Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors and side neighbors. Breakfast was terribly unhealthy. The location is unwalkable.

Very noisy. No apologies. Rude and inexperienced staff. BW corporate not helpful. Avoid.

Place smelled of pet urine. It rained this weekend (Labor Day weekend) and the hotel had water dripping from the ceilings. However, Front desk staff was sweet and accommodating

The jacuzzi tub had a black oily film when I ran it, 3 times and it was still dirty. The thermostat in the bedroom didn’t work and I sweat through the night. Staff wasn’t helpful as I was there for 1 night
