比亞里茨海灘飯店

An enjoyable stay at this lovely independent hotel.( I think it is part of a small group of hotels, but St Julien is not like a chain hotel. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed.  The en-suite shower was walk in ( very easy for oldies like us) and with modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast which can be served in the dining room or in the garden was a plentiful continental offering- lots of choice and all delicious. All the staff we encountered were efficient and friendly. Hotel is situated a short walk from Les Halles and  approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront. We so enjoyed our stay that we booked for an extra night. .

熱情周到的接待和樂於助人的員工。飯店地理位置優越，位於比亞里茨市中心（步行5分鐘即可到達海洋賭場，2分鐘即可到達Les Halles市場，1分鐘即可到達南站（音樂廳））。 房間設施齊全，處處體現貼心周到的服務（水壺、茶、咖啡、吹風機、紙巾、迷你吧（需額外付費）、針線包、卸妝棉、香皂、洗髮水、護髮素、瓶裝水等）。床品非常舒適！ 飯店設有電梯。 早餐豐盛美味，提供各種自製甜鹹點心。 這裡環境清幽，是放鬆身心的理想之所。飯店提供書籍和遊戲。我們非常期待再次入住！ 飯店設有收費路邊停車位和地下停車場。稍远一些的市中心区域设有免费停车场。

房間很乾淨,很寬,很舒適的住 推的職業住酒店。

房間相當乾淨。工作人員很友好,樂於助人。馬桶停止沖水,我們通知了前台,並立即給了一間帶工作廁所的無聊房間。位置離機場5分鐘步行,對我們來說相當有用(第二天我們在機場租了一輛車)。價格/質量比平衡得很好。

Accueil agréable et chambre impeccable bravo à toute l'équipe, nous avons pu profiter du lieu dès 14h pour y laisser nos bagages et se balader c'était parfait

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Good location if you want to go to the beach or to the ****** theatre for a show as we did. The staff is nice. And the breakfast is amazing : a lot of choice and local products, salty or sweet as you want.

Propre et bien situé, juste à côté de la gare routière et des bus locaux. Correct pour le prix.
